Location, staff were great
Location was great. Near two different Metro lines/stations, beside the Galleries/covered arcades, within walking distance of the Louvre and other sites. Comfortable and spacious accommodations, and good breakfast. Clean. Good wifi connection and free-to-use computer in lobby for guests. Hotel also happy to store luggage for late departures and don't mind you sitting in the lobby till it is time to leave. Also very near some good restaurants.
It is clean
The acces to WIFI
Very good staff. Well able to talk to visitors. Very easy to talk to knows very good English and he's funny too :) no problem with anything. Very nice and polite. Nice stay. Also clean and close everywhere if you don't mind to walk.
The hotel has an excellent location, situated in close proximity to both the Metro and various restaurants and bars. The travel time to landmarks and attractions was minimal using the metro, and the total travel time (including walking and changing) to Disneyland Paris did not exceed an hour.
The staff were really helpful and attended to any requests you asked for.
Was a little cold in the rooms and the radiators didn't work. But a extra blanket was provided in the rooms. Also, there is a cat which lays in the lobby which can give the impression of uncleanliness.
Hotel Vivienne is quaint, cute and homey. The rooms aren't big but if you're just there to sleep, it is perfect. It's clean, they make the beds everyday and provide linens and soap. The shower was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the wifi worked perfectly. If you get back late at night there is a doorbell you have to ring to be let back in (which made us feel secure at night). The location was great- walking distance to many attractions including Norte Dame and Le Lourve. The concierges were incredibly helpful with directions, suggestions where to go, and all spoke English well. We didn't try the breakfast but there are many crepe and coffee places around.
The shower was in room and the toilet is down the hall but it wasn't an inconvenience for us.
Clean hotel, courteous staff, well situated in the 2nd arrondissement. It's a very short walk to Le Louvre.
Be aware when booking that some rooms don't have toilets! You have to use the communal washroom in the hallway.
Location and wifi
You get what you pay for and at 100 euro a night it's not worth it, old and run down , not romantic, noisy Small room
Very well maintained hotel. We stayed non ensuited room, but it's pretty comfortable. The room is very beautiful and very new.
confortable queen size bed .They also offer the heater. I live in a single room , all facilities are enough to use for me . Their staff are nice and friendly .
The bathroom is private but the toilet is shared .The chair make me felt ichy .
Great customer service, room cleanliness, location!
Very small lift, hotel bar would be a great addition.
No toilets in the room
Excellent location everything is in walking distance very helpful and friendly staff
Toiletts could be in every room, but it was okay and clean
the hotel was beyond what I was expecting. the staff was excellent, the desk was open 24 hrs every day of the week, the cleaners were great, the hotel was right next to the road montmatre which has some amazing bars and restaurants on it! it is also a short walk away from the louvre, which is a setting point for going anywhere in paris. we had an excellent time in our clean, comfy room
there was no shower curtain
The staff was the kindest helful staf i've ever experienced. The location was near major attactions
There weren't AC and was hot during July.
Ladies of the staff were really nice
small room small bathroom
Location and room with terrace.
No air conditioning.
For Paris standards it was a very clean hotel with a friendly staff.
There was no toilet in the room itself, but on the hallway. Having that said, the toilet was clean.
Thoughtful staff, very helpful. Delicious breakfast that was brought to our room. Enjoyed the balcony and the view of the street.
Good location. Friendly staff.
Shared toilet (didn't notice while booking. Poor breakfast for a ridiculous breakfast, you better eat out in the area.
The elevator, the cat and the woman who served our breakfast.
The garbage of the former guests was still in the room, the room wasn't ready when we arrived (at the proper time), the staff was uninterested, the breakfast wasn't worth 11 euros.
