You can pick up your keys in the offices located at 236 Rue Saint Martin, in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris. A member of the team will gladly provide you with all the necessary information on how to get to your apartment.
Each apartment features:
- A living room with a sofa or several arm chairs, coffee table, a TV and home audio system.
- A dining area with a table and chairs.
- A bedroom or a sleeping area in the living room (sofa-bed).
- And a fully-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, electric hobs, pot and pans, cutlery, a coffee maker and a kettle.
Some apartments have an office area and free internet connection.
For all studio apartments, a EUR 300 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in.
For all other apartments, a EUR 500 deposit must be paid by cash or pre-authorisation to a credit card at the time of check-in.
This amount will be refunded at the time of check out after room inventory has been checked.
If you plan to arrive after 19:00 on a Saturday or a Sunday, please contact the hotel directly regarding late check-in procedure.

フロントが普通の街中の１室。 フロントから自分のアパートに自分で行かないと行けない為にタクシーに待ってもらわないと行けない。なので- 、夜とか到着すると少し面倒臭いことに。 フロントは、この住所だが、この地域は、基本的にちょっと道が変わると柄が悪くなるので、自分がどの部屋に- なるかは、予約しないと判らないのでちょっとギャンブル。 パリのアパートに泊まるなら少し英語を話せたほうが良いかも。 スタッフは、英語しか話せないので注意。 フロントの対応が遅い。部屋に電話が無い。部屋とオーナーの２人が責任者なので責任の押し付け合いが多い。- 例えば電球なんかは、１室ずっと最初から最後まで、切れてた。自分の携帯でしか連絡が取れないので、携帯を- フランスで使えない人なんかは、どうする事も出来ないと思う。 後は、営業時間が短すぎると思う。 |

ホテルのエージェンシーが空いていない時間のチェックインでカギの受取りに手間取り、さらに地図を見て別な- 場所へ移動（サイトの地図はエージェンシーの場所なので注意）しましたが、受取後は快適に過ごせました。キ- ッチン付きで近所で買ったものを部屋で食べたり出来るのも良いです。他のフロアは普通のアパートメントで、- パリに住んでる感覚で宿泊出来ました。場所もマレ地区で、お店やブラッスリー、カフェが多く若い人向けな感- じです。 一人お湯でシャワーを使うとしばらくお湯が出なくなります・・・ |

掃除を完ぺきにして出ないと、かなり高額の支払いがあります。そのプライスについて事前に提示されていない- ので、告知をするように改善をするべきです。泊まった部屋は、便利でおしゃれなアパルトマンでした。不満は- たくさんありますが、魅力的でした。また利用したいと思います。 夜の到着日にキーの受け取りができず、一瞬青くなりました。事故のためですが、国際携帯TEL.必須です。真夜中に右往左往しました。 |

The room was comfortable and clean moderately. An apartment true rent. When we leave the room, therefore, you must clean it by oneself or pay housekeeping chardes. スタッフの人がアパートから離れた事務所におり、それも10:00から18:30の就業時間にしかいないの- で、何かあった時にすぐに連絡が取れず面倒。 |

From reservation until the day we left the apartments, everything was perfect. The organization (for 4 mature couple and 3 person), the facilities (Wifi, IPTV, LCD TV etc.) and after all, more precisely, At Home staff was really helpful and hospitable. If you want to feel like Home in Paris, that's the solution! |

central location and not noisy. near to gay venues booking .com should let the customer know the chosen apartment as soon as the hotel is being booked. i did feel that i was lucky this time round to be allocated an apartment that i did like. |

The location! We had to walk 10 blocks from reception to get to our apartment! Quite difficult with luggage. The shower curtain was mouldy! And there was no english TV, which seems strange as it is advertised on an english website. |

friendly staff, good location. The Paris info booklets were not helpful (and impersonal - since they were strictly marketing tools and not places anyone would recommend- like a concierge would...) I think if you are at an "at home hotel" you would be more interested in less touristy options (i.e. the closest boulangerie is: the closest place to buy wine is: a hidden gem for ??? can be found....or check out this neighbourhood....I visited Muji and Mariage freres on my last morning in town, and wished I had known about the proximity of that neighbourhood sooner. we went in the wrong direction (north) and ended up in a neighbourhood hocking lots of made in china merchandise... boring! |

It was the great stay at this apartment. There were some difficulties at the first time to find the agency. After that,everything seems to be alright. Im not really not sure that the cleanliness of the room after check-out is which level. So im trying to clean the room as much as I can |

Excellent communication and organisation leading up to the trip. It was a business trip and the location was ideal for both business and entertainment in the evenings. I had a studio apartment that was well kept and ideal for a few nights stay. Would recommend to anyone who prefers the freedom of their own environment and a home from home feel. |

It was an excellent location for visiting Paris. The kitchen was well equipped and the room was a good size. Any problems we reported to the staff were addressed. Good value for money and perfectly met the needs of our trip. The bathroom although clean did smell a bit musty and the shower was part of the bath with no mount on the wall for the shower head. Not ideal, but it did not cause any major problem for us. The WIFI in the room never worked for me, but it was not essential to me so I did not report it to the staff. |

The location was excellent - convenient to our train station and to the metro - and the apartment was comfortable and clean. A food store on the corner and local restaurants made it even better. The Marais neighborhood was wonderful and the apartment was in a very secure building. The staff was outstanding. The wi-fi network was a pleasant surprise and made it possible for us to stay in touch with home. |

The apartment staff were friendly and willing to help. The apartment facilities were also in good condition and comfortable to live in. It was also conveniently located near the metro station. It is relatively easy to nagivate around Paris once you have gotten used to the metro system. There is also free wireless for the occupants which we find it very value for money for travellers. |

The Apartment provided to us was really good and beautiful. It was near to the Railway station But before you take up an apartment. it is always important that the Hotel People inform you about the conditions. Unlike other apartments in various parts of the world, here there is no house keeping and it is only after the complete stay the Hotel People cleans the apartment at the cost of 25 Euro per hour. Another problem at the Apartment was that the Apartment was warm and had no fans. There is an Air Conditioner at the Living Room but does not cater to the need to the Bed rooms. Further more the bathrooms as well as the toilets had no locks. |

The location is perfect, just cross the street was the metro, which brought us to most of the attractions of Paris. Since it's an apartment hotel, it gives us the flexibility of cooking and etc. Friendly staff. Two beams of the sofa bed was broken when we arrived. But we informed the staff the next day and they got fixed. |

Own kitchen gave flexibility for prepairing meals. Apparthent was well situated near to metro station, which is practical way for moving in Paris. Changing bed linnen and towels during the week would have been fine. |
