Vid sen avbokning, ändring eller utebliven ankomst debiteras den totala kostnaden för bokningen.
Barn och extra sängar
Ett barn under 12 år bor gratis vid bruk av befintliga sängar.
Ett barn under 2 år debiteras EUR 12,00 per natt, per person i en barnsäng.
Ett äldre barn eller en vuxen debiteras EUR 20,00 per natt, per person i en extra säng.
Max. antal extra sängar/barnsängar i ett rum är 1.
Extra sängar fås endast på begäran och måste bekräftas av hotellet.
Tillägg räknas inte in i totalsumman och betalas separat direkt på hotellet.

Husdjur accepteras inte.

Du kan hämta dina nycklar i kontoren som ligger på 236 Rue Saint Martin i Paris 3:je arrondissement. En medlem ur personalen ger dig gladeligen alla den information som behövs för att du ska kunna ta dig till din lägenhet.
Varje lägenhet har:
- Ett vardagsrum med en soffa eller flera fåtöljer, vardagsrumsbord, en TV och Home Audio System.
- En matplats med bord och stolar.
- Ett sovrum eller sovutrymme i vardagsrummet (bäddsoffa).
- Ett fullt utrustat kök med kylskåp, ugn, elektrisk spishäll, kastruller och pannor, bestick, kaffebrygg och tekanna.
En del lägenheter har ett kontorsutrymme och gratis anslutning till internet
För alla studiolägenheter måste en deposition på 300 EUR lämnas kontant eller vara förauktoriserat på kreditkortet vid incheckningstillfället.
För alla andra lägenheter måste en deposition på 500 EUR lämnas kontant eller vara förauktoriserat på kreditkortet vid incheckningstillfället.
Dessa summor kommer att återbetalas vid utcheckningstillfället, efter att lägenheterna kontrollerats.

Great location, very central!! Nice homely atmosphere in the apartment, French style. Fully equipped kitchen. A bit noisy - you can hear all the neighbours. |

From reservation until the day we left the apartments, everything was perfect. The organization (for 4 mature couple and 3 person), the facilities (Wifi, IPTV, LCD TV etc.) and after all, more precisely, At Home staff was really helpful and hospitable. If you want to feel like Home in Paris, that's the solution! |

central location and not noisy. near to gay venues booking .com should let the customer know the chosen apartment as soon as the hotel is being booked. i did feel that i was lucky this time round to be allocated an apartment that i did like. |

The location! We had to walk 10 blocks from reception to get to our apartment! Quite difficult with luggage. The shower curtain was mouldy! And there was no english TV, which seems strange as it is advertised on an english website. |

friendly staff, good location. The Paris info booklets were not helpful (and impersonal - since they were strictly marketing tools and not places anyone would recommend- like a concierge would...) I think if you are at an "at home hotel" you would be more interested in less touristy options (i.e. the closest boulangerie is: the closest place to buy wine is: a hidden gem for ??? can be found....or check out this neighbourhood....I visited Muji and Mariage freres on my last morning in town, and wished I had known about the proximity of that neighbourhood sooner. we went in the wrong direction (north) and ended up in a neighbourhood hocking lots of made in china merchandise... boring! |

It was the great stay at this apartment. There were some difficulties at the first time to find the agency. After that,everything seems to be alright. Im not really not sure that the cleanliness of the room after check-out is which level. So im trying to clean the room as much as I can |

Excellent communication and organisation leading up to the trip. It was a business trip and the location was ideal for both business and entertainment in the evenings. I had a studio apartment that was well kept and ideal for a few nights stay. Would recommend to anyone who prefers the freedom of their own environment and a home from home feel. |

It was an excellent location for visiting Paris. The kitchen was well equipped and the room was a good size. Any problems we reported to the staff were addressed. Good value for money and perfectly met the needs of our trip. The bathroom although clean did smell a bit musty and the shower was part of the bath with no mount on the wall for the shower head. Not ideal, but it did not cause any major problem for us. The WIFI in the room never worked for me, but it was not essential to me so I did not report it to the staff. |

The location was excellent - convenient to our train station and to the metro - and the apartment was comfortable and clean. A food store on the corner and local restaurants made it even better. The Marais neighborhood was wonderful and the apartment was in a very secure building. The staff was outstanding. The wi-fi network was a pleasant surprise and made it possible for us to stay in touch with home. |

The apartment staff were friendly and willing to help. The apartment facilities were also in good condition and comfortable to live in. It was also conveniently located near the metro station. It is relatively easy to nagivate around Paris once you have gotten used to the metro system. There is also free wireless for the occupants which we find it very value for money for travellers. |

The Apartment provided to us was really good and beautiful. It was near to the Railway station But before you take up an apartment. it is always important that the Hotel People inform you about the conditions. Unlike other apartments in various parts of the world, here there is no house keeping and it is only after the complete stay the Hotel People cleans the apartment at the cost of 25 Euro per hour. Another problem at the Apartment was that the Apartment was warm and had no fans. There is an Air Conditioner at the Living Room but does not cater to the need to the Bed rooms. Further more the bathrooms as well as the toilets had no locks. |

The location is perfect, just cross the street was the metro, which brought us to most of the attractions of Paris. Since it's an apartment hotel, it gives us the flexibility of cooking and etc. Friendly staff. Two beams of the sofa bed was broken when we arrived. But we informed the staff the next day and they got fixed. |

Own kitchen gave flexibility for prepairing meals. Apparthent was well situated near to metro station, which is practical way for moving in Paris. Changing bed linnen and towels during the week would have been fine. |

Incredible location, beautiful apartment with unique decorations, modern kitchen with all the amenities, lovely, fun, tres chic! Note - this was an apartment, not a hotel. We had no maid service, no front desk, and cleaned the place ourselves at the end to save a cleaning fee. |

Apartment is clean. Furniture is so nice. Free wireless internet. Building is old; elevator is so small and barely accommodates 3 persons in. They don’t do housekeeping and you have to clean the apartment before you leave or pay for cleaning at departure, it could be a way to save money but some people might not like it. |
