房间和Reception不在同一个地方，无人带路寻找困难，房间条件也与照片上出入甚大，在离开的时候才- 发现这是一家专门为同性恋提供服务的HOTE- L。过多的条件约束，信息说明不明确并且被无辜扣除部分订金。

From reservation until the day we left the apartments, everything was perfect. The organization (for 4 mature couple and 3 person), the facilities (Wifi, IPTV, LCD TV etc.) and after all, more precisely, At Home staff was really helpful and hospitable. If you want to feel like Home in Paris, that's the solution!

central location and not noisy. near to gay venues

booking .com should let the customer know the chosen apartment as soon as the hotel is being booked. i did feel that i was lucky this time round to be allocated an apartment that i did like.

The Paris info booklets were not helpful (and impersonal - since they were strictly marketing tools and not places anyone would recommend- like a concierge would...) I think if you are at an "at home hotel" you would be more interested in less touristy options (i.e. the closest boulangerie is: the closest place to buy wine is: a hidden gem for ??? can be found....or check out this neighbourhood....I visited Muji and Mariage freres on my last morning in town, and wished I had known about the proximity of that neighbourhood sooner. we went in the wrong direction (north) and ended up in a neighbourhood hocking lots of made in china merchandise... boring!

need cleening after living. And i book one flat, but Home Hotel give another. Thats not good :(

Location and size.

The location was excellent - convenient to our train station and to the metro - and the apartment was comfortable and clean. A food store on the corner and local restaurants made it even better. The Marais neighborhood was wonderful and the apartment was in a very secure building. The staff was outstanding. The wi-fi network was a pleasant surprise and made it possible for us to stay in touch with home.

The apartment staff were friendly and willing to help. The apartment facilities were also in good condition and comfortable to live in. It was also conveniently located near the metro station. It is relatively easy to nagivate around Paris once you have gotten used to the metro system. There is also free wireless for the occupants which we find it very value for money for travellers.

The Apartment provided to us was really good and beautiful. It was near to the Railway station

But before you take up an apartment. it is always important that the Hotel People inform you about the conditions. Unlike other apartments in various parts of the world, here there is no house keeping and it is only after the complete stay the Hotel People cleans the apartment at the cost of 25 Euro per hour. Another problem at the Apartment was that the Apartment was warm and had no fans. There is an Air Conditioner at the Living Room but does not cater to the need to the Bed rooms. Further more the bathrooms as well as the toilets had no locks.

Great situation in genuine surrounding. Nice appartment very comfortable for 2 persons but little small for 4 persons. At Home carried out a great work.

Own kitchen gave flexibility for prepairing meals. Apparthent was well situated near to metro station, which is practical way for moving in Paris.

Changing bed linnen and towels during the week would have been fine.

Incredible location, beautiful apartment with unique decorations, modern kitchen with all the amenities, lovely, fun, tres chic! Note - this was an apartment, not a hotel. We had no maid service, no front desk, and cleaned the place ourselves at the end to save a cleaning fee.
