Prices at lounge bar

I liked the location but the service and cleanliness was terrible and it was never fixed!

- The towels were dirty with yellow stains and after I complained I did not get an apology even and then after they cleaned again they left a dirty bath robe with yellow stains - The concierge was terrible and could not book any lounges for us and he booked a restaurant (Ferdi) for us 2 days after we requested and I called on the day to confirm and he did and I was informed that I can walk there, when I walked there in the cold and arrived, the restaurant was closed and told us no one had called them from the hotel and that they had not been open for lunch for 3 years

Front Dest and Concierge staff are really friendly and nice. room was clean and fresh with fancy design. Very good location for shopping purpose.

I think while housekeeper was cleaning the room they also listening the music from the room radio. once i make sure to turn it off when i left but when i came back the radio was on again. please to make sure that when they go out of the room.

Receptionists very poor attitude and should cautiously have their clothes ironed a little!, TV did not work most times, Internet very poor speed and not free, F & B needs improving too, Overall service sub - standards.

The whole ambiance, the location and the very efficient and friendly staff.

Contemporary feel of the hotel

W Paris is a very smart and welld-esign hotel. Given the limited space (compares to W Taipei), W Paris Opera has to be more creative in leveraging the space which they have done it brilliantly. The open bathroom plan is definitely a very smart idea because it makes the room looks more spacious. they put in a double-side mirror so two people can do their morning chores together without cramping the space is another very smart thing. Love the choices of TV channels as well. The staff are extremely helpful and speak very good English and ready to help.

the only one small thing I didnt like is the platform on the breakfast table that they put cereal on it..it blocked my view.

1. Very young and not-professional staff. 2. The condition and clearness of rooms. 3. Noise. 4. The equipment of rooms. 5. Price/quality at the restaurants including the breakfast. 6. No real help from staff even for taxi booking. 7. Additional construction works during our stay (light in lobby)

The size of the room is too small

The front office team is impeccable. They are international , very happy ,friendly & willing to help. I feel like its home away from home as I always feel welcomed when I return to the hotel. Something rare in Parisien hospitality as the French staff are not always warm & welcoming. Their rooms facing the Opera house are spectacular & I would recommend that. Their Michelin star Spanish restaurant is also great . Unlike other hotels with a usual lobby, they have a lounge outside their bar. It's really cozy . It's definitely a breadth of fresh air after my horrific rat attack experience in my room at the Westin Hotel in Paris ! ( further comments in Westin hotel)

Great location

Very restricted space where one directly feels the urge of the management to commercialize every square inch of available space: no space for your bags and every tabletop in the room is full of something to sell, from candy bars to juices, apparently the w experience. Staff is chosen for its looks and when it gets tough you get a straight french no in your face. Two storied minute tables breakfast full of more stuff to buy, a fresh fruit salad that was not fresh and the most unforgettable experience was having to wait for a cab for ten minutes while the attendant sent away two cabs waiting in front of the hotel. Stay here if you have to.

1. Чек-ин- очень быстро и очень вежливо. 2. Невероятное местоположение- центр, тихо, удобно, близко. 3. Консьерж- такси, рестораны, все, что угодно- быстро и вежливо, владеют информацией. 4. Дизайн- очень модно. 5. Уборка- всегда незаметно, независимо от времени. 6. Персонал- бодр и свеж в любое время суток. 7. Тишина- номера тихие, даже те, которые с окнами на улицу- можно высыпаться. 8. Сервис- даже то, чего нет в меню- найдут под землей и принесут. 9. Паркинг- удобный подземный.

1. Платный wi-fi- это уже плохой тон. 2. Невероятно непонятные завтраки по непонятной цене. Шведского стола нет, буфета нет. Завтраки- а ля карт по 50 евро с носа, приносят яичницу либо омлет, пару кусочков сыра и ветчины, кофе или чай. Все остальное за доплату. Надо отметить, что после жалобы и просьбы убрать из счета завтраки, которые мы есть не будем, убрали не только за будущие дни, но и за прошлые, т.е. те, которые мы съели. Пояснили: раз Вам не понравилось, то не будем считать. Постараемся к Вашему следующему приезду придумать что-нибудь получше. Мне кажется, правильная позиция.

Colocam poucos: creme de corpo, sabonete no banheiro. Pois se sao 2 pessoas e se toma 2 banhos por dia tem que ficar sempre pedindo. E outra coisa a agua devia ser free todos os dias e nao so no primeiro dia,o que tenho a dizer, Obrigado, Carla Bayde

Très bon accueil de tout le personnel qui est au petit soin pour toute demande. Nous y retournerons.

Conception du déjeuner servi à table et dommage de ne pas avoir une bonne baguette de pain !

Realmente muy muy decepcionados con el personal y con el hotel, es una verguenza que un hotel asi no tenga personal q hable español, y a parte y para mi mucho peor fue que estuvimos los dos dias con la calefaccion de la habitcion a 18 grados y solo hacian que decirnos q ya estaba arreglado... Patetico, pesimo...
