The hotel staff was very The spa and massage was excellent. The pool and massage were in the same place. Hotel guests can not swim when massages are in session. |

The hotel was conveniantly situated for the purpose of my visit The hotel was very small especially the room. There was no bar facilities. The hotel took almost £600.00 from my account for a bill i signed for 104 euro (having to go through visa to investigate and get money back) I paid 6.50 euro for a packet of m&m's from the mini bar, very expensive |

I liked the quiet and cozy atmosphere. The proximity from tourist attractions like the Arc de Trumph and the Eifel Tower. The Tv Channels were very limited. |

the location is excellant for anyone who wants to see the centre of Paris within walking distance. They always take a pre authorisation payment on your card as a guarantee but this was still blocked by the bank 4 days after departure. |

Having a room in the 6th floor with a balcony was great!! Good assortments for breakfast. Room was confortable and not too small. When I made the reservation I asked for 2 single beds and when we got there we had a room with only 1 bed. Hotel staff had no idea about the request, so then it was not possible to change rooms. Hotel staff should look at the request from the guests when making the bookings. |

Staff were great, location is away from the tourist parts which is brilliant but is close enough to walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the rooms are lovely! |

It's near the Arc the Triomp and the Champs Elysee. The street is rather quiet. There isn't a bar in the hotel. The breakfast room is small and the temperatue is rather warm. |

great position,comfortable,clean,if spa open then very very good. it was anice hotel,dissapointed that not informed that spa was being refurbished as being 2 ladies having a treat weekend we had planned to have facial and body massage. Also having to argue at reception that we had booked breakfast was a little demeaning in front of other guests. |

The hotel was very clean and the Butlers were very friendly and helpful.Lovely breakfast The room was very small and being at the front overlooking the road it was very noisy. The receptionists were a bit frosty . |

Situé dans un quartier tres tranquille, proche palais des congres, Arc de Triomphe, bon petit déjeuner Impossibilité d'aller à la piscine pendant les heures d'ouverture car 2 personnes se faisaient masser !!!! Métro un peu loin |
