The Warwick boasts a prime location in the heart of Paris, just 2 steps from the Champs Elysees. It offers elegantly decorated accommodations, massage treatments and a lounge bar. There are also car rental and currency exchange services. George V is the Warwick’s closest Metro stop and it provides access to the Louvre museum, the Jardin des Tuileries and Place de la Bastille. I arrived to hotel at 2:00 pm and wait in the lobby until 5:30 pm to get the room key. This is unacceptable! Room door was not properly working with keycard and sometimes was not locked or open. Tv and remote control was not properly working. And the worst thing was king size bed! The king size bed was made connecting two single beds. This type of bed to this level of price? No, it does not worth! Final bad experience with the hotel; I ordered a taxi to reception for cdg Airport. I had paid 48.00 Euro when I came from Airport to the hotel. But we have paid 90.00 Euro to the taxi that hotel called for us (from hotel to Airport). I have been many times in Paris before. Taxi driver took very long way to charge us high price. Taximeter was showing 77.00 Euro when we arrive to airport and he asked 10.00 Euro more for call service and for our two lightweight lagguages.... I do not think to stay again at this hotel on our next trip to Paris....

The staff were attentive and courteous.Nothing was too much trouble.We had problems finding evening restaurants locally but we now know this is a known problem with that area of Paris but we had truly excellent service from the hotel's chef who cooked superb meals on a personal basis.We simply cannot fault this level of service.

In the centre of the city, quiet and clean. Employees are so kind. Check-in time is not 3 pm as informed, it is 5 pm in real and it was not an enjoyable beginning with a 10 months child after an international flight waiting 2 hours in the lobby. Air condition was not working properly, we had to use an electric-radiator.

- Location is great. - Hotel staff are so nice and willing to help. - Wifi only available in the lobby. In the room you have to connect your laptop to a wire which not convenient to visitors who have ipad. - Tv took long time to respond when you press the remote control.

I liked the staff, the location, and the services. The price was a little bit expensive, moreover I asked to store my bags for few days hence I had to go to another location, but the hotel staff refused.

The location is top, side street from the Champs Élysees, just a stone throw away from fantastic shops, brasseries and restaurants. We booked a superior room and were upgraded to a luxury room. We did not take the breakfast since we thought it was too price (25-30 euros). in the area there are plenty of bars and restaurants that offer breakfast. There's also the famous La Durée just on the other side of the street.

Location is perfect Concierge is very helpful Good bathroom facilities Checkout not informative! They charged for my stay at checkin and they charged the full amount again at the checkout. Not only that, they didn't rectify the mistake even after addressing it and even after 4 days from checking out!

Location is excellent near the excellent restaurants and coffee shops In safe side of champs-elysees and close to George v metero Nice location for shopping, clean room and helpful and friendly staffs If I plan to come again I will choose it to stay in and I highly recommended it Wireless connection is weak and no coffee and tea making facilities in room No iron and iron-board
