I arrived to hotel at 2:00 pm and wait in the lobby until 5:30 pm to get the room key. This is unacceptable! Room door was not properly working with keycard and sometimes was not locked or open. Tv and remote control was not properly working. And the worst thing was king size bed! The king size bed was made connecting two single beds. This type of bed to this level of price? No, it does not worth! Final bad experience with the hotel; I ordered a taxi to reception for cdg Airport. I had paid 48.00 Euro when I came from Airport to the hotel. But we have paid 90.00 Euro to the taxi that hotel called for us (from hotel to Airport). I have been many times in Paris before. Taxi driver took very long way to charge us high price. Taximeter was showing 77.00 Euro when we arrive to airport and he asked 10.00 Euro more for call service and for our two lightweight lagguages.... I do not think to stay again at this hotel on our next trip to Paris....

1) The front desk receptionist was rude not only once but couple of times 2) the concierge guy was throwing papers and giving me wrong and in complete address 3) I stayed in a junior suite with a bed cover that smells kitchen food for two nights 4) I asked for the manager they said she's not available I regretted paying more than 800€ for two nights with such a service although this was not my first visit to the hotel

The location was excellent and just what I wanted for my first visit to Paris.I Shall return! Although it was a smart hotel it had the feeling of being a family hotel and the staff were so friendly and caring.Just one minor criticism,no kettle to make myself a hot drink so I shall buy one for the next trip.

Location, perfectly situated on the Champs Elysees. Friendly staff. We had 2 rooms and we noticed that amenities available in one room were missing from the other; such as the mini bar refridgerator that was not there at all. Slippers were available in one room but not the other, etc.
