Localización.

El primer día, estuve alojado en una habitación al lado de un aspersor de humos. Sin ser el ruido muy estridente, sí fue lo suficiente para difucultar que pudiera dormir la primera noche. El cambio no fue aceptado de buena gana y tuve que insistir. Por último, se me cobraron 28EUR por 4 botellas de agua de medio litro cuando aparentemente costaba 14. Recomendaría el hotel por precio VS. localización, pero siempre que la habitación estuviera correctamente situada.

Me gustò la ubicaciòn del hotel, a escasos pasos de Champs Elysees. Tambièn que la habitaciòn, aunque pequeña, acogedora y con lo necesario.

Lo que no me gustó es que no hay cafetera en las habitaciones.

Location is very convenient, right in the heart of Paris and near three metro stations which literaly makes you a few minutes away from any destination

The toilet being completely sperated from the main bathroom without placing a sink there.

i liked the service. The bed and pillows were very comfy, and the location is very special in the heart of Champs Elysee.

The suite is smaller than what I expected

The rooms were cosy and the bed was comfortable. The size of the room was very decent. The location was very excellent given that it's right on the Champs Elysees. The coincerge were extremely helpful and friendly (especially Fernando) and the staff generally were very professional. Having free wi-fi in the lobby area was also a plus.

The fact that the actual toilet seat was in a separate room and the rest of the bathroom (tub, wash basin and bidet) was in another room - that was not practical.

Location, clealiness

1.When i arrived to the room there was no fauteuil ,I had to ask for it 2 times-2.When I came back from my shopping with many bags the concierge didn't bother to open the door for me although he was just beside-3. For the breakfast I order an omlette, 10 min later I asked the waitress to cancel it if the cook still did not start to do it.She said it is no problem. Surpirsingly the omlette cost was added on my hotel bill.I had to talk to the reception ,who called the waitress ! I had to argue with her !!! Finally they removed it fom my bill-4.The bathroom in the room I stayed in needed a little bit of maintenance: the faucet was not installed properly moving all the time, and he handshower was not working.

It was very much in the central and less than a min step to the shopping. The great Lui Vuitton is just right accross the road. Room was small for the value.

Everything was ok except the room rate which was quite high for late september.

The location is great...2minutes walk from the most enjoyable street!

Because the breakfast was not included and when we ordered it, it was very expensive, i suggest that they should provide the rooms with electronic kettle.

They dont give me room as what i expect as a Dailoux room !!!!!!
