Excellent location, friendly staff. Deluxe room with balcony too small for the price charged. Did not have the breakfast offered as prices cahrged were extortionate. Nice hotel but, like everywhere in Paris, way overpriced.

Staff are very friendly, very clean hotel with perfect location. Well managed hotel with good adminstration. It was my first stay there but for sure I will stay there again. Nothing..it was simply perfect

Location Room was not ready at 15.00. deluxe room was given exactly looking to a huge wall outside. So we upgrade the room looking to rue de Berri which I paid 300 euros more for 3 nights. And we checked in the room about 16.00..

the location is fantastic in the heart of the Champs Elysees, and the hotel staff are helpful and very welcoming. there was free internet in the room, and the internet in general wasn't working properly. the amount I paid was huge (7night) and I paid the full fair with no breakfast, no upgrade. bearing in mind we were coming for our honeymoon..I expected to see some nice supprises.

Young porter staff who opened the doors were friendly. The Maitre D' in the restaurant was attentive, charming and professional No Tea/coffee/kettle facilities in room; on holiday, one does not always want to share in a public room. it seemed that the hotel was trying to sqeeze every penny out of you instead of giving you a service.
