The location was good next to transportation and supermarket. Bathroom need more improvment. The room is so dark. No Coffee machine facilities. Room size is small. |

The rooms were cosy and the bed was comfortable. The size of the room was very decent. The location was very excellent given that it's right on the Champs Elysees. The coincerge were extremely helpful and friendly (especially Fernando) and the staff generally were very professional. Having free wi-fi in the lobby area was also a plus. The fact that the actual toilet seat was in a separate room and the rest of the bathroom (tub, wash basin and bidet) was in another room - that was not practical. |

Well located, about one block walk from the Champs-Elysees shopping district. A couple of nice bars & restaurants around the hotel as well. Great service, very friendly & helpful staff. Beautiful big luxurious rooms. |

Location, clealiness 1.When i arrived to the room there was no fauteuil ,I had to ask for it 2 times-2.When I came back from my shopping with many bags the concierge didn't bother to open the door for me although he was just beside-3. For the breakfast I order an omlette, 10 min later I asked the waitress to cancel it if the cook still did not start to do it.She said it is no problem. Surpirsingly the omlette cost was added on my hotel bill.I had to talk to the reception ,who called the waitress ! I had to argue with her !!! Finally they removed it fom my bill-4.The bathroom in the room I stayed in needed a little bit of maintenance: the faucet was not installed properly moving all the time, and he handshower was not working. |

The location is excellent , only two minutes walk to chanzelize and MacDonald’s. No water heater was available in the room (I had to make milk for my baby), but I was requesting from the room service and they have been providing it very fast. |

It was very much in the central and less than a min step to the shopping. The great Lui Vuitton is just right accross the road. Room was small for the value. Everything was ok except the room rate which was quite high for late september. |

Staff is very kind and helpful. Our room was big enough, clean and comfortable. We stayed with our 11 years old daughter and couch converted to bed. Location is very close to the shops and high-profile places around Champees-Elysee. Moreover, price-performance is very good. The only thing which needs to improved is wireless internet access on th lobby area. I stayed 5 nights and never succeeded to connect to internet via WiFi. |

The room layout (Executive) was excellent. Nice amenities and separate w/c room is a nice feature. Comfortable king sized bed with good linens. The upholstery on the sofa was spotted, so not too invitind to sit on. Surprising since everything else was good. |

The location was perfect - literally 1min from the Champs-Elysees, 3-5 mins to the Lido and10mins from the Arc De Triomphe. The room was small but good and pillows were great. Bathroom was very good and well supplied. The staff were friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable and made our stay excellent. The food and room service were great and prompt. I would have no hesitation in staying here again or recommending this hotel. |

The location is great...2minutes walk from the most enjoyable street! Because the breakfast was not included and when we ordered it, it was very expensive, i suggest that they should provide the rooms with electronic kettle. |

location is the only thing to say about this hotel. Rooms need to have better carpets and furniture because they look very old and so exhausted. Some of the rooms have seperate toiltes. We payed so much but it was not a luxury hotel at all. The employees there are not friendly. |

nice location and being closed to champs elysees .. the hotel staff were very helpful as usual, I will be staying in the hotel next time. However, the price is very high compared to others. |

the location they refuse to check in although i arrived to hotel at 2 pm,claiming my room not clean yet and they do not have another room of my catogery ..i wait more than 45 minutes (to 2 :45 pm) and after i complain i will check out before i check in they gave me a smoking room(although i request for non smoking room)claiming they up grade me to executive suite(i feel it is standard room) |
