Welcome hotel was nice small hotel. Not too turistic in the beginning of the September. I likeded the garden and how the hotel looks like from outside. The location was perfect. Close to the beach, super market, train station. Peacefull area. I didn't like the old furniture. The hotel room smelled like not fresh. We had some bread on the tabel and the ants attacted. It was discusting to have insects in the room. The internet wasn't working on 3 first days. You couldn't buy drinks or coffee beside on breakfast time. There wasn't little fridge in the hotel room, like we thought. |

The hotel is close to the coastline and major beaches of Juan les Pins. It is very quiet while located just 3 minutes walk from busy night streets. There are bus stops nearby and Juan les Pins railstation very close to the hotel, it is easy to get almost anywere in the vicinity for almost nothing, including Nice, Cannes, Sophia Antipolis. There is a decent free wifi connection in the hotel. Very reasonable and cost-effective hotel. Yep! Please add one more wifi access point on the second floor, the connection is unstable there. |

The personell was rather friendly and it was situated not far from the centre and from the beach. These are the only pluses of this hotel The windows can't be closed, I could hear my neighbouers. The furniture was very old and the design of the room needs maintance and modernization. The condition didn't work. The bathroom was terrible. The hotel looked like castle with ghosts |

I will stay here again because of its location & gardens/approach. The room was spotless, well serviced & there was plenty of hot water. The staff were excellent & happy to fetch drinks or ring taxis or give advice. The beach and centre of town are only a few minutes away yet it has a wonderful secluded location. Like most hotels in this situation it is well used & the building requires maintenance. |

The location was good, the staff were very helpful, car parking facilities, quiet and peaceful. Liked no children There wasn't anything we didn't like but it was in need of redecorating and was not as potrayed in the photos, the rooms were the same but it was in need of refreshing and tlc |

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Welcome. The owner Annick and her husband Dominique, made us feel wonderfully welcome, and have been ingredibly helpful. Nothing.... we liked it all. Especially that the hotel was located standing by itself inside a very nice garden. And perfect to walk everywhere. |

The service was great, from the owner to the night service guy. All of them helped in conversations with my horrible French and best of all they have a great, friendly golden retriever! The room was clean with A/C and television. |

Wij zien dit hotel als "vergane glorie" Ooit zal het hotel een pronkjuweel zijn geweest. Dit gelet op de ligging en architectuur. Vergane glorie beoordelen wij als positief. Het heeft iets speciaals. Een douchegordijn en een prullenbak op de kamer is geen overbodige luxe. |

L'acceuil et la gentillesse du personnel. Les chambres sont simples mais confortables et l'hotel est particulièrement bien situé pour qui veut être en ville sans les inconvénients. Les plages sont très proches ce qui est très agréable.Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse très agréable. 10€ le petit déjeuner je suis Ok mais alors il le faudrait plus varié.C'est un léger sur l'offre et le choix... |

Hotel je v příjemné vzdálenosti od centra rušného městečka Juan les Pins.Pláž na dosah,centrum také,ale v noci je zde klid a ticho,díky poloze hotelu. V pokoji byl intenzivně cítit cigaretový kouř ze závěsů.Na balkoně zůstala lahev s cigaretami po předešlém hostu.Nikdo ji neuklidil ani následující den. |
