Modern, clean and central

No English speaking channels on TV and no satellite

I found the view wonderful, the food exsellent and the location is perfect.

Good central location on the promenade with beach directly across the road. Staff were friendly and professional.

We felt that the room was more dated than the rooms advertised on the web site. Private beach location directly across the road was expensive even with hotel discount.

The building itself was very attractive and right on the promenade, exactly where you would want to be located. The journey to the hotel was a short bus ride and very convenient. My room had been newly refurbished to a very high standard.

The view from my room was a fire escape wall and the staff refused to help me or offer me a room with the city view I had paid for. I found the manager was rude and unhelpful. He kept answering the phone whilst I was speaking to him which was very frustrating. Using the private beach owed by this hotel was the most expensive out of all the private beaches and I found that everything was very overpriced in comparison to the other hotels. My room was very small with very little space to put clothes and nowhere for the suitcases.

The hotel stuff were really helpful, overall hotel is very nice just across the beach close to all city sights.

I'd like to mention that overall my stay in the hotel was great and this is just a few things that I want to share. 1. The free Internet didn't work on my iPad which made my stay a little uncomfortable. I am one of those how check my emails every hour and become nervous if I can't. Fortunately I still could connect my iPhone and cooped at least handle most important ones. 2. Concert outside in the night. I like to go to bed at 10 pm which is 12 pm in my home country. Unfortunately i could not get to sleep b/ c of the concert that lasted till 12 pm. The music was so loud that I could not sleep. Loud music in the night is a single thing i hate the most. At the vey least i think the hotel should warn the guests about outside concert.

I loved the excellent location. Hotel is close to restaurants, museums, beach, and an easy ride to airport. The rooms were very clean, and the bed was extraordinarily comfortable.

Internet access was very limited in a locked room 3 floors below. This was very disappointing and would probably keep me from returning to your hotel.

The hotel doesn't have its own private beach. You have to pay 18 Euro per person to access the private beach.

Our ocean view room was lovely and the hotel location excellent for getting around.

Your Staff was not able to answer any questions or they confirmed something was to be taken care of and then it wasn't.

Elegant hotel with character & polite staff. Great restaurant. Great location. Loved it.

Although a great restaurant, there was no hotel bar which seemed odd for such a good hotel. Would have been nice to relax for an apperitif or nightcap in the hotel.
