We had a junior suite with a fantastic sea view and two tiny balconies. Which was great for watching the carnaval floats that came by during the Nice festival. Large comfortable bed, seating area with 2-seater sofa. Very spacious. Good TV, WiFi, coffee/tea. Staff helpful and friendly. Very clean. We certainly enjoyed our stay and will defintely try to come back. As said in other reviews: no shower screen so you always have to sit in the bath to use the shower. Just a screen would do the trick. |

The place is truly nice. Facing the sea and most of the promenade at the same time. The suite i checked into was not as i expected where i booked a suite with a separate seating area/work desk. However, i was updgraded to a better suite, bigger and fully reinnovated. Although the hotel is directly on the steer, yet the windows are firm enough to cutoff the noise. A lovely place for those seeking romance and relaxation. Room servise is not truly available. For us was not a problem since most of our meals were taken outside. |

From the monent of arrival, until our departure, we were greeted with friendliness, courtesy, and nothing was too much trouble for all the staff we met. The West End of Nice is as expensive as the rest of the Riviera - the costs of extras therefore was high. |

Excellent location. Our de-luxe room was on the small side and did question with reception whether it was actually a de-luxe room that we had been allocated as per our booking! Felt that the room was really a double room only. |

views from hotel were magnificent. The hotel had a feeling of faded gentlity. clear signs of habbiness in both bathroom and room. Tears on the wallpaper and cracks on bathroom floor.Horl is badly in need of a makeover. |

Charming old hotel at the promenade in Nice, ideally situated close to the old city centre, and with a seafront view of the beach The pigeons at breakfast is very disturbing, landing in swarms at the breakfast tables while you are eating. Neighbouring hotels have installed ultrasound equipment to keep them off. |

Perfect location right in the middle of Promenade de Anglais. Beautifully presented hotel and gorgeous views when opting for a seaview room. Was great having a fridge in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Although TV was not high priority on this trip would have been nice to have had satellite television as channels were limited. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice in the room too. However these are observations and not complaints. Our stay was extremely enjoyable. |
