La comida del restaurante.

Habitaciones con falta de limpieza. Tampoco me ha gustado que haya publicitado la habitacion que reserve con vistas al mar y cuando llegamos alli nos dieron una habitacion con vista lateral al mar, lo que no es lo mismo. Nos quejamos y nos dieron una frontal al mar que es lo correcto.luego nos bajaron el precio de la habitacion pero luego nos cobraron y no nos dimos cuenta porque teniamos prisa al salir una bebidas que ya habiamos pagado en el restaurante, y de las que tenemos las facturas. La limpieza de la habitacion horrorosa. Obsoleto en muchas cosas, zocalos con raña y la moqueta porque tiene polvo y suciedad de años. Por eso la relacion calidad precio no se corresponde. Luego nos cobraron 12 euros sin firmar nada

Esta en frente de la playa.

Pocos salones, no hay piscina.hotel que necesita renovacion.

Su ubicacion preferencial- lo muy bien presentado de sus ambientes comunes .

Si , que ninguna persona del hotel hable lo básico en español y por favor en forma relevante la falta de bidet en los sanitarios.

The hotel had a feeling of faded gentlity. clear signs of habbiness in both bathroom and room. Tears on the wallpaper and cracks on bathroom floor.Horl is badly in need of a makeover.

The pigeons at breakfast is very disturbing, landing in swarms at the breakfast tables while you are eating. Neighbouring hotels have installed ultrasound equipment to keep them off.

Perfect location right in the middle of Promenade de Anglais. Beautifully presented hotel and gorgeous views when opting for a seaview room. Was great having a fridge in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed.

Although TV was not high priority on this trip would have been nice to have had satellite television as channels were limited. Tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice in the room too. However these are observations and not complaints. Our stay was extremely enjoyable.

Location was the only positive about this Hotel

The Hotel is poorly maintained, people stuck in lift. Not the best value for money.

no water for 2 out of 3 days during stay. Once while I was in shower (surprise) no announcement and no apoloagies. air conditione did not work. Gave us a room that had strong smoke odour. was able to change room but one that had not ubndergone rennovation. it is tired hotel that needs rennovation.

It was a fabulous location and good value for the money compared to other hotels next to it. We loved our balcony on the corner 6th floor, great view. The lobby was nice too.

The handheld shower did not have a holder for a standup shower. There were broken fixtures in the bathroom. Instead of removing or repairing broken stuff they put a replacment fixture, but left broken stuff too.

We booked two rooms and our own room was excellent with beautiful direct sea views. The second room although similar in price was not at the same level, being dark and with no views.

mini bar expensive, tea and coffee making facilities would make a british visitor more comfortable.
