Hôtel West End Promenade des Anglais  

Su excelente ubicación y sus vistas al amplio paseo maritimo.

Todo. La ubicacion. La habitacion. El servicio. Es magnifico

La ubicación es excelente si no tienes que utilizar el tren. La habitación, aunque era sin vistas al mar, estaba muy bien.

Nos cobraron 50€ aprox. Después del check out sin estar nosotros presentes, sin nuestra autorización y sin derecho a replica; por consumir articulos del minibar, que nunca consumimos. Al comunicarnos con ellos por teléfono nos dieron largas y fueron muy cínicos. Pienso demandarlos.

Las instalaciones estan muy antiguas, hay un poco de olor a cigarrillo

La ubicación. Vista desde habitación del paseo de Niza. Parking al lado aunque independiente, es público pero está muy bien.

El desayuno, fatal, un abuso por lo que cobran (en booking cobraban el precio normal, 19 euros, pero en la web del hotel lo ofrecián por 12 euros). Te cobran aparte por zumo de naranja natural o tortilla o huevos.

El parking es para los coches muy pequeños...

The central location on the promenade is convenient for dining, shopping and sightseeing.

This is the fourth occasion on which I have stayed at the West End and it will be the last. I booked a Junior Suite at Euros 333 per night, room only, and it was exceedingly poor value for money. The information on Junior Suites states that most have a Sea View and Balcony but my accommodation, Room 319, had neither. In addition, access to the sleeping area was by way of a steep spiral staircase which for someone of my vintage, Senior Citizen, is clearly far from ideal. In general, although the decor was in reasonable condition, the room was dull and depressing and a complete disappointment. Therefore, my advice to potential guests is to avoid Room 319

everything is too old ! there is a wi-fi, but you could not connect it at all. room is too small, the pictures which shown on the website is not real.

the position is the best. service nice and personnel.internet free.

not state of the art of renovation quality. breakfast poor with spoons and knifes like from military service.

Beautiful facility in a superb location. If it had a decent staff it could be a great hotel. The Internet didn't work and the staff was polite but never followed through with what they were asked to do. They didn't even answer the phone at the reception desk. You had to go downstairs to speak to them.

The location was the most important consideration and this hotel was within walking distance of the shops and restaurants and just across the road from the beach.

The room was disappointing as it was extremely small, particularly the bathroom, which had no room to move in! The room also lacked mirrors.
