la gentilezza dello staf la posizione dell'albergo il silenzio. Per prima cosa il servizio al brekfast era carente per secondo la stanza era piccola e non adeguata al prezzo. |

Being next door to the Negresco The wardrobe was incredibly small for a week's stay - more appropriate for a weekend or perhaps a backpacker with just two pairs of shorts. Also no usable bar service (unless you like sitting alone in a tent). |

Poor room decor - shabby rather than shaby chique. No acceptable bar facilities.High room occupancy daily charge rate of 300 euros which did not include breakfast. 40 euros per day for two people for breakfast is extortionate. Poor overall hotel facilities. A two star rating would be more appropriate. |

They had a very exclusive restaurant with an extensive wine list we ordered a very expensive bottle for our table of 4 persons, when we waned another they tried to work adifferentyear onto us when we pointed out that it was another vintage they said they only had one of the first but were unhelpful in finding something similar, we felt that they had attempted to 'con' u and it spoit the evening Hugely expensive then 1750 euro each on top for brekfast and 17eauro each to visit the hotel beach |

Location of the hotel Unjust use of 4 Star status. Lack of Front door staff. Conciege not 24 hours. Poor attituded and resposivness to complain about technical issues. |
