Rewelacyjna lokalizacja ,przy promenadzie gdzie można obserwować m.in turystów ,biegaczy ogólnie toczące się promenadowe życie i atrakcje,równocześnie bardzo blisko do centrum samo przejście uliczkami w Nicei jest również bardzo atrakcyjne.I jeszcze towarzystwo hotelu Negresco

Sam budynek hotelu jest bardzo piękny,przydałoby się małe odświeżenie w środku m.in malowanie i inne naprawy .Tak duży i stary budynek wymaga ciągłych reperacji i napraw .Hotel miałby większy urok gdyby był bardziej zadbany.

The view from our room was unbelievably beautiful!!

The hotel was in a good location and has the potential to be an excellent hotel.

Deluxe room was small for price. Staff was a little arrogant. Shower leaked onto the floor. No pay per view TV or radio. Replacement roll of toilet paper was molded. Ceiling air conditioner leaked. Front desk was notified; however 1.5 hours later, they were unaware of the call and maintenance had left for the day. Spoke to a manager, who upgraded us to a larger Jr suite.

The Hotel was very disappointing as we felt the room needed to be refurbished. We were booked to stay for 4 nights but we checked out after the first night and moved hotels.

Clean and comfortable room and good location - close to beach, casino, shops, old town.

Breakfast very expensive. Beach very expensive. A couple of staff we dealt with were very friendly and helpful, others were off-hand and unhelpful. We had to keep asking for things that were included were included in our package, eg car parking included, internet included...

hotel is elegant, rooms furnished well with comfortable bed; our junior suite was quite spacious, and the balcony was the best part - with its sea view very relaxing and beautiful. Though the Promenade is noisy with traffic, great insulation kept the room quiet at night. We would choose this hotel again and highly recommend it to others, esp.

Maintenance could be more vigilant about details like burned-out light bulbs in bathroom, etc. But overall, service was very good.

size of the room is a bit small for "deluxe" category. Price is higher than what it should be

We were reluctant to stay at this hotel due to some of the bad ratings. However, I really think this hotel is a great value for hte money. If you are looking for a water view with a balcony at a good price and are willing to overlook some minor worn carpet--this is your place! We got the deluxe room with a water view and had the best experience sipping coffee on our balcony!

Great location. Four star with lovely antique furniture and friendly staff. Our junior suite had full sea views, a large bedroom, a jacuzzi bath and a balcony with table and two chairs. It also had a small bedroom and separate dining area. We had a great price - 399 euros for three nights.

Normal JS price 650 euros a night ( 900 in Monaco GP week) night far too expensive for us. NB Not all floors have been upgraded - avoid floors 5 and 6. No coffee or tea making facilities or trouser press. Carpet burnt and marked in a couple of places in our room.

Close to city, beach, airport and train station. Easy access to other areas in South of France, Monaco etc.

Room booked was a de luxe seaview room. It had a sea view but was very basic and certainly not a de luxe room. The bar area was dated and needed modernising. The breakfast was very overpriced. at €22 per person.

The breakfast is horrible and expensive.....they started taking the food away while we were still serving ourselves.
