Fantastic classic architecture. Fantastic location. Well classic designed. Beautifull paintings in coridors. Recently repaired and excelent maintaining. Very nice, warm restaurant, polite staff. Lovely

Small rooms. High rate excluding breakfast. That's highest rate I get paid for four star hotel. Even london is double cheaper for similar or better conditions.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location was perfect. Rooms were very clean.

Nothing really to dislike except that the superior sea view room with balcony was rather small.

Great location on Promenade de Anglais

Room double booked and had to move for one night.( not the first time this has happened to us with this hotel ). Very expensive breakfast, some items ran out and fruit not fresh. Poor breakfast room staff.

Everything except the couple bed...

The couple bed in our room actually is two single bed... During the night it is very uncomfortable for a couple to sleep together.

We were upgraded from superior to deluxe, a very modern top floor room. As lover of classical interiors/hotels, this had us upset only for just one split second (just before the door was completely opened for us). What a wonderful interior and view..!! It feels like your in a modern seaside villa, due to the full windows, with marvelous views of the entire bay.. With the window in the bathroom, you can actually see the sea form within your tub, but blinds to be more discrete! The classic general interiors and the staff were very, very nice.

A large well appointed room and an excellent location

The quality of the room, the sea view, the friendly and helpful staff, very peaceful (not noisy) and the location.

We booked a double deluxe room with sea view. When booking online, it incorporated three pictures, one which included a balcony. On arriving we were disappointed to find out we did not have a balcony. I think you should make it clear whether there is a balcony or not.

Free wifi was great. Hotel facilities including the room were nice and clean.

The front desk staff was friendly but not very helpful. Excluding one staff member, it seemed that they did not have much knowledge of the local area. Additionally, It took them a very long time to sort our my friends room reservation even though he had his booking code, proof of payment, email confirmation, etc.

The Restuarant did not have much choice in food.

The location was perfect right on the water, the room was very comfortable, but the bonus was the balcony!!! We spent most of our time in the room, on the balcony enjoying the view, and watching the activity on the beach.
