Location and the awesome lift Expensive breakfast at 30 euros, stale waffles, terribly expensive generally for all services. 500Ml beer (ie just under a pint) costs 10 euros.

Beds where good, breakfast was nice too. Reception and concierge wasn't helpful at all, no help with luggage, etc. Receptionist was a bit rude. Temperature of shower alternated between very cold and burning hot, so taking a shower was virtually impossible. Rooms where small, we paid 360 euro's a night, so we found value for money poor. The restaurant didn't made any effort to provide for a vegetarian meal.

- They accommodated my dog at an additional 13 euros. - Room was ready very late round 3 pm - - Hotel costs 250 euros per night per room but not worth it in terms of comfort and decor - old plumbing - old style bathrooms - view on the parking - not really good deal - defifnitely not 4 star in my eyes - more like 3 stars - small over crowded dirty looking pool - not a luxurious lobby or waiting - vieillot and over priced for what it is - very basic towels and toiletries - dusty old carpet

We wandered into Le Touquet which has been tidied up in recent years. The shops are interesting but incredibly expensive. The market, held on a Thursday, was good. Sitting on the terrace in the sunshine with a gin and tonic was lovely. The showers were very poor, from those in the pool area to the one in the bedroom. The buffet restaurant was disappointing, it had neither scallops nor sole, although both were on the menu.

Convenient Central Location for shopping and beach Too large and impersonel, a hotel which is run with a commercial bias. The facilities are tired around the edges and restaurants not good value.

The location to the town and beach plus the Spar The building work on our corridor took the shine off the stay and the pillows need replacing also the rooms did not live up to description. Breakfast we felt was not good value for money. On the positive It can only get better

The worst pillows I have ever encountered in many years of travelling. The worst pool and isn't it about time they visited a real brasserie (they could try Bofinger in Paris for example) to see what a brasserie should be like? Buffet indeed - whatever next.

The location of the hotel was very central, it was walking distance to the beach, shopping and restaurants and parking was easy and free. The hotel was clean and well presented, it was not however the 'dynamic and vibrant' place we had read about, and the front desk staff did not make it the most welcoming place to stay.

The rooms were a good size, although we did pay for it. The attitude of the staff looking down their noses. Think the hotel rooms are overpriced.

Staff were great. It was a lovely start to a special birthday trip to have the porter pick up the bags from the boot of the car and valet park. Things just got better from there.

It's a lovely, impressive looking hotel with obviously a great history (the b/w pictures of all the rich and famous of the 1930' etc). We thought the furnishing of the room looked a bit more tired than we had expected. Especially the headboard of the bed and the bedlinen, bedcover, blankets (no duvet) etc.
