Westminster Hotel features 2 restaurants run by the Michelin-star chef William Elliott.

Le Pavillon serves traditional and creative cuisine in a classic and elegant setting bathed in natural light.

It is closed on Tuesdays except in July and August.

Les Cimaises has a superb buffet and offers a la carte dishes. The gourmet food on offer is made with flavoursome, fresh regional produce. The restaurant boasts a modern and refined setting.

Decorated with sober colours and varnished woods, the bar presents a peaceful and cosy English-style setting. It offers a wide range of champagnes, cocktails and rare spirits.

Please note that the restaurant Le Pavillon will be closed from the 30 December 2009 to 04 April 2010. It will also be closed on the evening of the 24 December 2009. Organised dinners and specific menus will be offered as a replacement. Contact the hotel for all dinner reservations.
