Beautiful contempary style hotel. Fabulous rooms and breakfast . Staff was wonderful. Great location! Can't wait to return there! 15 min from Eurostar. Take a cab.

The staff in general was extremely friendly and professional. I would like to recognize Imane, sebastien, Deborah, Florence and Sylvia... and also one of the managers (told blond man) but unfortunately I didn’t get the name... You guys made our vacations much more pleasant.

All staff (reception, restaurant and housekeeping) were fabulous, very pleasant, helpful and friendly. Location is very good, easy walking distance to train station, city centre and shopping. Rooms are comfortable. Cold beverages (water, juice etc) were appreciated. Hotel has been given a recent update, which although is very attractive is not practical. Very deep bathtub looks great but was very, very difficult to get in and out of in order to have a shower. It also looked less comfortable for a bath! I understand steps were to be added but even that would not make access easier. The bathrooms look fabulous on paper but really are not practical.

The friendly, helpful staff and the flexibility shown to us when we required a change to our booking.We will return. Sound proofing could have been better; a missing glass panel on the shower meant lots of water splashed onto the bathroom floor.

Friendly reception and helpful staff in general. Location excellent for exploring Lille. Room was good. Having a really nice coffee machine in the room and no- one replacing coffee pods, milk etc. We had to ask 3 times and only got the 2 coffee pods, no milk, no more teabags. This was a relatively small but really irritating issue that should not have occurred - lack of communication between reception staff and housekeeping not doing their job properly. Also water not replaced in minibar.

The hotel bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff were very helpfull and friendly. They even kept the hotel bar open just for us. One bath robe in the room there should be two. Send your staff to the local restaurants so they have first hand knowledge on the best ones.

The hotel is gorgeous, rooms quite small but with a perfect location of every single piece of furniture. Minibar and Nespresso machine in the room are for free! Staff friendly and ready to help.

I'd highly recommend Why hotel to everyone without any hesitation. Our room was a little petite but decoration was awesome. Quality of furnitures in the room and bathroom were very high. Shower was spectacular, shampoos were l'occitane (good quality). The hotel is newly opened, even some of taxi drivers didn't knew the hotel but it looks like the best hotel in Lille. Location of the hotel is 4-5 min walking to most of the city center(Grand Place, shopping districts, etc.). Room service was very kind but bar of the hotel is closing before midnight so that we couldn't order drinks one night.
