The staff. They were always friendly and obliging, even at 3am in the morning. All of the people on reception were excellent. The shower in the room also worked better than most hotel showers. They spray the rooms with something before you arrive, maybe it's an air freshner, but it's very intense and you spend the rest of the stay trying to get the smell out. Rooms are a bit dingey, it's definitely a budget hotel. |

The staff were very efficient and the location was very good - central and near restaurants and transportation. Compared to some other hotels in the area for the same price, it was good value. |

hotel was clean and comfortable. location was great right in the heart of the city in a lovely area there was no bar and very limited drinks choice that could be taken to your room. though not a big problem as lots of cafes and bars in same street. |

Easy access to city centre and airport, cleanliness, helpful hotel staff. The breakfast of 7 Euros was not value for money, which I think is the only drawback of the hotel. |

Friendly staff, great location, easy to walk to all attractions, simple accommodations, no fuss. Breakfast was meager, great location had one drawback -- lots of street noise until well into the night. |

It waa very central and there was no need to use public transport at all. Also it was easy to acces from the airport. It was simple but the very friendly staff were a bonus and there were numerous eating places just outside. We didn't think the breakfasts were very good value |

The hotel is perfectly placed to enjoy the center of Toulouse. Most places are close enough to walk, including the station. The metro is a few minutes walk. There are many good restaurants in the immediate area. |

Near to the centre, and easy to walk around to see the city. Very nice staff. A bit shabby, and could with some simple interior design, which need not cost a lot. |

The staff were very friendly. It was extremely central to visit all the main sights in Toulouse and the shopping areas. The rooms were decorated in very cheerful colours--which was a great help as the weather was bad!! There was some noise from outside at night , but I was well equipped with ear-plugs! |

If you want just one plug socket, sticky room walls, shower head that you have to hold above your head with one hand, noisy lift, dirty wardrobe doors, supermarket style false ceiling grid, motorway wc's style bathroom soap and toilet roll dispenser- then this could be just for you! Central location |

Really well located about 5mins from Matabaiu (main train stn) and Jean Jaures Metro intersection. Clean and quiet location very close to a big fresh food market which has excellent restaurants overhead. Staff were great. At the price no bad value but there are better options to be found nearby. The beds are uncomfortable and the pillows have no support. The plumbing isn't the best with occassional lapses in the supply of hot water (not much fun in the middle of your shower!!!) |
