We liked the hotel and have been there other times. However this time breakfast was a bit disorganised. We had to ask for juice, milk etc, despite being a person in charge he did not manage to replenish supplies or clear used tables for other people waiting to have breakfast. The other times we visited breakfast worked very well.
Advice for good restaurant Staff was very nice Cosy atmosphere
The hotel is located on a very small/private road, convenient to subway station. The room is spacious and has a big bath tub. Very good interior design. There is a good Lebanese cafe close by. Overall, it's a great experience.
Every single thing. The staff in particular were wonderful and the room was dreamy.
Tucked away in a quiet street, lovely staff
Beds were comfortable, and room cleanliness good. Location was convenient, only a 10 minute walk from Gare du Nord and a 10 minute walk to a metro which had convenient access to all the major sights
Room was already charged before my arrival although was under the impression this would only be taken once I had arrived, as I was going to use a different card. The room was quite expensive for the facilities available.
The location of the hotel is good and very quite. Hardly any cars in this little side street. The breakfast was good and diverse, but make sure you come in time. The rooms are nice, although very small. Internet works, but you have to login every time you use it.
The "queen size bed" was in fact two single beds, which moved away from each other in the night. My complain about this was not really welcome to the receptionist.
located close to restaurants transport links and various tourist landmarks by metro.
my room wasn't very well ventilated.
I liked this hotel. Overall everything was great and had no issues. I was given a handicapped room which meant it was larger and more spacious. The thing I liked best was I saw the remote for the TV but did not see a TV then I noticed it was hidden within the mirror of the room. I thought it was a cool design that I had not seen before
Only thing I did not like was the option to choose my payment method. I was trying to use a different credit card but when I arrived, the hotel had already charged my card I booked with.
Quirkiness of decor in public areas and stylish modern bedrooms. Staff so helpful!
Service was excellent.
Computer location in basement
Exellent service by a particular receptionist- i think his name is Vincent(?). He was so nice, helpful and funny! Really made our trip pleasant. Rooms extremely clean and beautifully decorated; 5 min Walking distance to metro; lots of cafes and restaurants within walking distance; 15 min walking to main train station
The location is in a very small alley street which may be hard to find if using public transportation and not familiar with the streets. However, once you get there it is conveniently close (5-15min walking ) to metro, train, cafe, restaurants.
- Convenient location with lots of good restaurants nearby - Clean room - Quiet
- Very small room for a family of four. Luckily our children are only 6 & 8 otherwise we would have had to get two rooms - Expensive
The staff spoke English and was extremely helpful in helping us find popular tourist attractions. The rooms and beds were very comfortable. Location is within walking distance to two tube stations and McDonalds and pizza hut (we took teenage boys with us).
We did not get a tub in our room just a shower. The shower curtain was a bit short so everytime we showered the bathroom floor also got slightly wet.
Staff very nice
Tiny rooms ,no wifi ,no kettel in room very bad value for money
Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.
We had the breakfast package. Wish they had hard boiled eggs. The only option was scrambled. Also we were charged for a cup of espresso nightly that we thought they were giving us complimentary.
I travelled with my sister (option not listed in your selection) and we found the quiet location in this residential area a nice surprise.
Your survey should include an option for 'other' as not everyone fits your selection
A really nice hotel close to the centre of Paris. Easy walking distance to the Metro. In a quiet side street. Hotel was very clean and the staff we encountered were all very helpful and friendly. Nice breakfast if you are willing to pay 15 Euros. Facilities were all as described. Good Wifi.
Nothing really. In common with many Paris hotels, space is at a premium but we found the room adequate for my wife, me and our 6 year old son.
the WI-FI, always need to re connect....
This hotel is in a small street some of whose buildings are being renovate. Lift is too small for more than 2 persons It is really too close to Saint Denis which I have difficulty not to describe as a foul area.my view of this hotel is that it should be rated two stars
The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a very friendly and supportive attitude from them.
The location was little inconvenient for those who have no car to commute and have kids.
our stay at windsor opera was an enjoyable experience. Staff were very friendly and could'nt be more helpful.Quiet location, very clean, comfortable beds.
maybe tea/coffee making facilities in room
We had 10th anniversary in Paris. It was our first visit. We had excellent room on 2nd floor with 3 big windows and even bathroom had same big window. Staff is very friendly and have very good English. They were always welcome to explain and guide us on Paris most popular places, location and way to reach. Location is very good, we had access to two metro stations, which gave us access to whole Paris.
The only one thing I did not like, they did not accept cash in usd for some reason. Only eur or card.
Clean hotel, good location
Room for 3 persons rather small
