Its location

Personnel did not know enough Spanish nor English to be well understood. She spoke very good Catalan, which I don't.

Very clean and the staff were very freindly and helpful.Good room on the top floor overlooking the main road and Park.Great location for the City and most of the buses stop right outside the Hotel,including the Airport bus(Number 7).Overall,a good Hotel to use as a base for City/Area break.If you are travelling around this area,Collioure is a Must see Resort.Wonderful.You can get there on the train.

Slight oversight some mornings by the Chambermaid,not replaceing items used in the room,but reception sorted this out very Quickly.

The location is good, near to the old Centre of Perpignan

The photos on-line do not reflect the hotel. The 'park view' is a bit of grass with trees between two carriage-ways. The balcony is small, half of which is taken up by a large air-conditioner - no table or seating. The place is 'tired' in need of upgrading. The staff 'dis-interested' - same person who books you in is also the porter, bar person and breakfast maker. The rooms are small. The room had a safe but you could pick it up and take it away under your arm!

Location, friendly staff, comfort

The Hotel bedroom was very comfortable, with towel robes which was a nice touch. Staff spoke quite good english which was useful. Good location in the city centre. Also accepts dogs which is good for people travelling with their pets.

No Parking at the hotel, but you can park in a car park opposite the hotel which free from 6.00 pm until 9.00 am the next day. The restaurant only serves breakfast - no evening meals which is disappointing if you arrive tired after a long journey.

There is no twin beds option....

Rooms nice and fresh, nice decor.Not large however. We were in a superior room and the size was adequate. Breakfast area was lovely and bright.

Capacity of lift was far too small given the amount of people staying at the hotel.

Perfect location. Good clean hotel with everything you need. No parking on site but large secure underground car park one minute walk away.

A little more money than we'd like ( for a family room) but considering location and size of room it's not bad value.

Lovely reception and friendly staff, they were helpful to get you connected to the Internet. The room was very spacious and clean with plenty of drinks. The shower was clean and was slow, I did like the fact they had separate toilet from the bathroom. This was a very pleasant hotel. Thanks to the Staff

Central position.

Door cards constantly failing. Room very small but bathroom very large.

Right in the city center, with perfect balance between availability of sightseeing and shopping chances within walking distance. Personnel very kind and skillful. Breakfast excellent. Room big, clean and very suitable for children.

La chambre trés jolie et le petit dėjeuner

me ha gustado la habitacion, es confortable. tambien la situación ya que es muy centrico. me ha gustado que se puede aparcar justo delante en un parking de zona azul que es gratuito a partir de las 18:30 y hasta las 9:00 am.

las personas que atendian en la recepción del hotel, eran antipaticas y con pocas ganas de atender a los clientes y de solucionar temas. Quitando al que nos atendio por la noche, un chico mas joven que fue muy servicial.

Chambre jolie et très propre. Bonne insonorisation.

Pas de lumière dans la douche, ce qui est un détail.

No es un hotel 4 estrellas Las habitaciones parecen ratoneras de lo pequeñas he incomodas que son No funciono la tv y no dieron ninguna solución El peor hotel que he estado Las camas incomodas ya que se deslizaba hacia los lados y terminabas en el suelo
