Location and friendly staff.
The tiny bathroom. Some old things have been painted instead of being renewed.
Breakfast, bed, staff, location And price
Bit of a smell in hotel, bathroom damp and smelly Could do with some redecoration
Helpful staff Comfortable room and bed Great location for shops buses and the train station, opposite a lovely park. Nice to have a balcony with view of neighbour's roof terraces.
Breakfast too expensive for what it was
Reception staff were excellent.
Breakfast was cold.
Friendly and helpful staff Great location Good rrom
The man on reception went above and beyond to help us which was great! Beds very comfy.
We had ants in one room but they dealt with it well and treated the room and moved us straight away.
Location good and receptionists very friendly and helpfull
Central, clean, good beds, staff spoke good english, quiet rooms
Overpriced, no parking, weak shower that went hot/cold, rather dull compared to alternatives - typically corporate.
Excellent location, Frederick on reception very helpful,
Bar poorly stocked eg no lemonade, tonic water or bitter lemon
Pretty much everything really, paicularly the location and the staff.
Brilliant location, lovely room and wonderful staff - a really delightful hotel. Surprising.
The staff were helpful and the facilities were first class.
Location was good. Staff were excellent very helpful.cleanliness of room.
Hotel was very tired looking. Superior room was tiny, probably smallest I've ever stayed in. Sliding toilet door was off its bottom runners so flipped up when you opened it and also stood away from wall, so complete lack of privacy!
The wash basin was almost 100% blocked. The wash basin cold water flowed extremely slowly. The shower hot water took 3 minutes to come. The magnifying mirror in the bathroom was so high it was useless. It took more than 3 minutes before the toilet could be flushed again. There were too few towels, and when towels were taken away, they were not replaced. There was almost no place such as planks or cupboards to put our things in the room and bathroom.
Not a lot to like really.
Where to start - tiny room (although we had a superior room). We had to devise a system to walk round the bed without bumping into each other. Really horrible toilet and bathroom (separate) not very clean very small. To support their 'green' policy no products in bathroom other than general liquid soap (had to ask at reception for products (we didn't bother). Hit and miss breakfast - not worth the money - hotel nor breakfast.
Staff, bed and pillows all excellent
no minibar as advertised, wifi poor. This was a prestige room @ €169 a night. Much smaller than it looks on booking.com
The room itself was lovely with lovely views and flat screen tv. Reception staff lady was very pleasant and very efficient. Young man in the early morning was extermely helpful
Room got very cold at night. Water only got to tepid after 25 minutes running (waste). No bath possible. No shower possible next morning - again tepid water. Spoke to manager and was asked if I could afford to stay there if I was making a complaint. He told me I was a liar and that there was hot water - I asked him to check but he would not. I paid the money and left....never again
Location was good and staff generally helpful
The rooms in this hotel are tiny, we had a superior and you had to breath in to get past the bed. The wardrobe was integral and squeezed into a corner so you couldn't really access it, and the safe inside the wardrobe had been put in sideways so you couldn't open it. We complained but were told all rooms were the same size, when we pushed it and saw another room, it was bigger. I would not stay there again.
All members of staff were fantastic and could not do enough for you from the moment we arrived to when we left.
Great location .
Room Key Card had to be reformatted each time we returned to the hotel . Very annoying to have to go back down to queue at reception every time. Staff said this was due to proximity to mobile phones ! I have never heard that as an excuse before .
Staff very friendly and helpful
Staff were helpful and hotel clean and in a good area
Perpignan is a ghost town on Sundays with nothing open
