The friendliness of the staff, and the clean rooms. The hotel was brand new, and it could be seen at every aspect of the hotel. the shower-curtain falls down once in a while. |

the location, the friendly staff the willingness of the young american rceptionist to help me with any inquiries to make my trip easier. yes the new pillows-- they were so hard and full that I couldnt sleep on them- i had to roll up the towels. I know that they are new but there needs to be an alternative pillow for others. |

This Hotel is brand new and everything looks great. It is just next to the Gare Saint Lazare wich is great to get around and a walking distance to the Opera or the Printemps and the Lafayettes. Yanica (the girl in the reception) is very nice and gives you all the information you need. The rooms are a bit small but that's Paris... For 120 eur per night this is a great choice |

Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamer, baggage mocht vooraf & achteraf in het hotel blijven zodoende lege handen in de stad op 1ste en laatste dag. Prima ontbijt. Absoluut een aanrader. Centrum goed te belopen (15 minuten). |

Accueil, renseignements, propreté Couloir étroit. Clés toujours en possession de l'accueil.. Il suffit de donner son numéro de chambre pour l'avoir, c'est tout!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

Hôtel rénové 2009 donc propreté et confort au RDV. Trés bonne insonorisation extérieure malgré quartier animé (gare St lazare).Ascenseur peu bruyant. Personnel souriant Le petit déjeuner à 13 € pourrait être plus varié...sinon moins cher. Portes des chambres bruyantes lors de leur fermeture. |

Η πρόσφατη ανακαίνιση έχει ως αποτέλεσμα η διαμονή στο πολύ μικρό αυτό ξενοδοχείο να είναι ευχάριστη.Είναι καθαρό ,όλα τα έπιπλα ,κλινοσκεπάσματα και είδη υγιεινής καινούργια κλπ. 1. Η ηχομόνωση των τοίχων απο γυψοσανίδα είναι μηδαμινή και ακούγονται έντονα οι ήχοι ροής νερού απο τα καζανάκια και μπανιέρες. 2. Τα μαξιλάρια είναι καινούρια και ως εκ τούτου πολύ ψηλά. |

L'hôtel a à peine été restauré. Tout est neuf et cela est très appréciable. Le rapport qualité/prix a été très bon. La position est bonne dans le sens que l'on est tout près des grands-boulevards, de l'Opéra et de la station de métro Saint-Lazare. L'insonorisation des chambres est excellente. La salle de bain est assez grande et la chambre confortable.C'est un hôtel que je conseille vivement. |

Très belle chambre en attique avec une belle terrasse et une vue imprenable sur la tour Eiffel. L'hôtel se trouve à 2mn à pied de la gard St.-Lazard. Ascenseur en panne ce qui est ennuyeux lorsque la chambre se situe au 6ème et l'insonorisation avec l'extérieur n'est pas très bonne. |

Einrichtung sehr neu und gepflegt. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. Insgesamt sehr gute Atmosphäre. Dauergeräsuch Klima-Anlage (selbst nach Abschalten) --> sehr störend. Im Bad bestenfalls Warmwasser, kein Heißwasser! |

L'hôtel est neuf. Il est d'une propreté rare dans cette catégorie à paris. La déco est soignée et de bon goût.Le personnel est accueillant. L'isolation des baies vitrées est excellente. La chambre n'est pas immense (on est à paris) mais suffisante pour un court séjour. La salle de bains est remarquablement équipée, tout est neuf et de très bonne qualité. Pas de bruit de voisinage.Un hôtel qui sort du lot à paris. Le hall d'entrée est format mouchoir de poche, mais bon, on n'y vit pas. Le prix est certes un peu au-dessus de la moyenne, mais il faut savoir ce que l'on veut: d'autres hôtels à paris se veulent haut de gamme et laissent vraiment à désirer sur les points énoncés. |
