Reception staff tried hard under difficult circumstances. Given the nature of the area, we appreciated the good level of security, high fences and electric gates. We went there because it had a restaurant. The owner closed the restaurant to all visitors except a coach party of Italians leaving the French, British and Spanish to fend for themselves in an industrial part of the city of Valence. Profit before service summed it up.

Very pleasant and apologetic receptionist. Nice gardens Fuse serving room tripped and staff unable to access electric cupboard. I had to do it for them. Three times. Corridor serving room shared in common with rear kitchen exit. Corridor carpet dirty/greasy as a result. Staff charming and very apologetic about electric problem. Management letting them down badly. Best Western should drop this hotel.

Close to autoroute for continued travel. Room was ok and staff very pleasant. Restaurant food was good but here the staff was totally untrained and had no knowledge of items on the menu.

Friendly personnel,nice and relaxing athmosphere.We also had tasty and good menu at the hotel restaurant in spite of the late hour. The location,only couple of km from the motorway,was just perfect for our short stopover stay.

L'accès y est facile, L'établissement rénové est très agréable, la décoration m'a beaucoup plu. Les chambres sont design et le fait qu'elles donnent sur la pelouse, la verdure et la piscine en RDC avec terrasse est très plaisant. La possibilité d'écouter la musique s'apprécie. Le personnel est très disponible et accueillant. La rénovation des sanitaires baignoires/lavabo ainsi que la robinetterie ne sont pas au niveau du design des chambres, c'est dommage. Il manque un réfrigérateur.

Chambre confortable , personnel à l'écoute ; le restaurant est fermé le dimanche soir et étant donné une météo glaciale -8° , nous avons obtenu un plat chaud et un dessert sans vraiment insister . nous étions ravis de ne pas avoir à ressortir .
