Best Western Clos Syrah  

The room was good, breakfast was ok, staff was nice

Noise from the road, smell in the corridors

Close to the autoroute because we were travelling from the south of France back to Calais.

Restaurant was closed on the evening(Sunday) of our stay

Fuse serving room tripped and staff unable to access electric cupboard. I had to do it for them. Three times. Corridor serving room shared in common with rear kitchen exit. Corridor carpet dirty/greasy as a result. Staff charming and very apologetic about electric problem. Management letting them down badly. Best Western should drop this hotel.

I appriciate that they accept pets

Friendly personnel,nice and relaxing athmosphere.We also had tasty and good menu at the hotel restaurant in spite of the late hour. The location,only couple of km from the motorway,was just perfect for our short stopover stay.

Clean, fine bed, nice personel

The dinner and the price for some dishes. We ordered Tarbot that was offered for € 32 per two persons. After we had finished our dinner, we had to pay € 64, wich was quite shocking. Therefore we had got a half fish each without potatoes, rice of something else except a small piece of vegetables, so just a plain part of the fish at our plates. The housewine was fine end costed € 4,80 per glass.

I found the bed extremely comfortable.

I thought the room was a little basic for the price paid, although services were available 24 hours. As floors were of wood, there was a lot of noise from adjoining guest rooms. I also considered the restaurant to have a very limited menu, expecially when compared to other hotels in Europe.

for me perfect located as very close to motorway.

Room new renovated - ok and style questions are individual but to less proper, reception, restaurant, room, balcony - everywhere could be done more.Window in my room was broken and only fixed with Tesa.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Chambre confortable. Table excellente, la cuisine est raffinée.

Chambre et salle de bain spacieuses. Le parking gratuit.

Hotel qui a besoin d'un sérieux "rafraichissement" au niveau des parties communes. Les couloirs et la salle à manger sont tristes et vieillot. La moquette du couloir est tâchée et très usée. Le sèche-cheveux de la salle de bain est inutilisable pour un brushing et il n'y a pas de prise électrique accessible à côté d'un miroir. L'alèze utilisée pour le lit est très bruyante au moindre mouvement.
