The main reason why we decided to choose Les Colonnes was the location of hotel, because you can walk to Zenith Concert Halll and be there in an about ten minutes. If you drink alcohol as we did, you would really apreciate this opportunity in such a huge city as Strasbourg is. Moreover price was quite suitable as well.

Location to the company I was visiting Poor service at reception when booking in. Very tired room in desperate need of refurbishment. Looks nothing like pictures on the Internet. As I was at the end of the corridor there was no Wifi even though they boasted in the description that Wifi was all over the hotel.

Room great, restaurant good, too. Location near but not in city good, pool an additive. Clean, large enough rooms. Good lord, either give me ac so I can shut the window for shuteye or have no disco nearby with teens yelling all night. Hardly slept! Room great, bathroom small (and why, wasn't built in the pre1800s like rest of Europe), and maid had not even taken old shampoo bottles away. Wanted to like it more than I can, as teen disco party in nearby disco kept me up til 2 or 3 am, others complained as well about the music, so not alone.

We arrived really late coming from Paris, but the staff was friendly and helped us find our room. The breakfast ended at 10am and we didn't have to check out until noon which was nice since we didn't go to bed until early in the morning. The breakfast was nice and the pastries were delicious. It's set up with multiple areas for the rooms so can be a little confusing to find where to access yours.

The only thing I can say is good is the hotel room is big. This hotel is located inconveniently. From the main train station, 7 tram stations and then a 15 minutes walking from the tram station to the hotel. So the trip in average took 40 minutes. Also the walking lane from the tram station to the hotel is not along populated area, very dangerous for foreigner. I tried to find other hotels in Strasbourg, but there is no cheaper alternative. Indeed this one is not cheap, including tax is 79 euro per night.

Dinner was very good! With a party of children one evening was noisy with door banging, but the following morning they left very early - without a sound. Excellent behaviour.

L'hôtel n'est pas digne d'un trois étoiles. Peu de confort dans les chambres. Les lits manquent d'édredon et pas de couette chaude.

Die Lage direkt an der Veranstalltungshalle Bedingt durch die Lage im Industriegebiet war die Stimmung trüb. Das Hotel selbst hat den Charm eines trostlosen Schulgebäudes. Für französiche Verhältnisse war das VIP Zimmer mit 115.- Euro ohne Frühstück vielleicht gut,- für meine deutlich zu teuer.

Le calme et c'est tout. Je n'y retournerai pas. Les prestations médiocres pour un 3 étoiles. Petite salle de bain où il faut se mettre de travers sur le WC.Restauration médiocre ainsi que petit déjeuner. Meilleures prestations au confort hôtel à proximité. Personnel aimable mais rien de fulgurant.

accueil très aimable. Proximité du Zénith (nous y allions pour un concert). chambre beaucoup trop petite, santaires trop petits, odeur d'humidité. Rapport qualité-pris très peu intéressant.

La disponibilité du personnel. La rapidité de réponse à mes requêtes. L'accès facile. Le calme. Le chauffage de la salle de bain quasi inopérant. La salle de bain propre mais sans plus ( présence de cheveux sur la porte et sur le rideau de douche ). Présence d'un rideau de douche ( odeur désagréable ) plutôt que de portes de douche. Absence d'une boite de kleenex ou mouchoir en papier. Absence de matériel de toilette type coton tige...

éTablissement superbe, le personnel est serviable et souriant. Séjour agréable parmi eux. Le room service qui comme nous voulions passer du temps en amoureux est génial et digne d un hôtel Hilton ou autre... à voir, à faire et même à refaire... Merci l hôtel les Colonnes. Dommage qu il n y a pas de piscine intérieur et d un sauna .

La reception aperta 24 ore su 24, e la prenza di un piccolo ma funzionale ristorante. Il wifi funziona approssimativamente, ed unicamente nella hall. Inoltre, nei 42 canali tv a disposizione non ve ne é neanche uno italiano.

Bonjour, travaillant comme auditeur énergétique, je vous conseille vivememntde remplacer vos pommeaux de douches par des pommeaux de douches économiques ... votre gain annuel en eau et en combustible sera très appréciable, avec un retour d'investissememnt de moins d'un an ... Bien à vous

Cet hôtel, soit disant 3 étoiles, offre 2 catégories de chambres. Dans les deux cas le prix est trop élevé par rapport au confort des chambres et à la situation de l'établissement (en banlieue de Strasbourg, plus ou moins bien fâmée...). Les salles d'eau sont trop petites dans la catégorie inférieure (à plus de 70 € tout de même), notamment les toilettes sont mal placées. Peu de fourniture en produits de toilette, à peine digne d'un 2 étoiles. Bref beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c'est.

Pas trop cher selon les périodes en l'occurence pendant le marché de Noel de Strasbourg, à 10min à pied du tramay et juste en face du zénith, un bon compromis pour les voyageurs de passage. Chambres sommaires, juste pour une nuit ça va, murs un peu fins....chuchoter à 23h00 dans sa chambre ça craint....L'hotel est en pleine zone d'actvité à coté d'un concessionnaire et diverses sociétés donc pour le cadre glamour ce n'est pas trop ça.
