Location to tube system and museum, grocery. Clean and modern

no amenities, after first day no coffee/tea provided which is standard for most hotels around the globe. Was supposed to be non smoking but apartment across from us repeatedly filled the hallway with incense/smoke. Staff were helpful but too formal to be friendly. Cost is too high for the hotel amenities. Shockingly NO recycling appeared to be happening we separated our bottles and papers only to have staff throw them in trash. Not eco-friendly at all.

Staff were outstanding....always trying to find a way to add value and comfort to your stay!

It met all our needs for a 3 night stay in London as tourists.

What's not to like?

- Good position really close to hyde park 10 mins walk. - close supermaket ( waitrose ) 5 min walk - friendly staff - Good selection of TV channels and sound system

- Hallway smells like pets urine. - Apartment smells as well i had to go to market to buy odor products to clean the place. - i cant open the fridge for 1 minute or the smell of rotten meat will spread all around it. - stains all over the bed had to buy new sheets / duve / pillows - stains on sofas - some of the towels had stain on them. - i really recommend changing the handle of the doors , small place sometimes u dont mesure ur way arnd clearly and they have sharp edges! i got scratched alot. - Really noisy outside u can hear everything cuz windows r like plastic no sound proof.

The location is stunning and the hotel staff were friendly. The room size is unique specially in London.

Nice location. The flat on the third floor was quiet, very clean and well-equipped. Friendly staff.

Comfortable apartment with excellent facilities including good wifi and a range of TV channels. We were cooking, kitchen equipment is available for a reasonable range of dishes. Staff are polite and helpful.

Location, large studio, wooden floors and well equipped kitchen. Cleaning was great, towels and linens new.Friendly and attentive staff.

Heating was a little bit loud.

We were in a high ceiling flat. It was a wonderful unit and we were very comfortable.

Once reserved, you cannot even shorten your stay by even just two days without penalty. That is very inflexible and unrealistic.

Very good facilities for those who want the security of hotel accommodation with the additional flexible benefits of a small self contained apartment. Great location for the West of London.

No plug in the bath - fortunately the plug from the kitchen also fitted in the bath. New plug requested - not done.

Very nice 1 bedroom apartment, with a nice kitchen and a nice bathroom. Very spacious.

When you spend 280£ a night, they should refill the amenities but they do not. Another thing is that you have to pay 15£ extra per night for a crib, when you get an apartment, it's usually for a long stay or for a family stay so the crib should be free of charge. Finally, you have another 2% of charge for credit card payment. Nowadays, that's the sort of things that you should not see anymore.

It's new, clean, good service, nice view.

The apartments are clean and newly decorated. The outside door is locked for security purposes, you have to ring the bill for the front desk to let you in. House keeping is daily and on time except Sundays off. The bathroom has a bidet and the shower is a removable hose type which is a rare arrangement in London. The Hot and Cold water are not separated as you usually find in most bathrooms, so you could have a nice warm running water. Taxis are easily found in front of the building. I find it suitable for families with kids.

The Wi Fi inside the apartment is dead. The two bedroom apartment had one fairly sized room and the other is very small. One bathroom only in the apartment. Pictures on Booking do not reflect images of all apartments, Booking pictures seem to be for a three bedroom apartment because the living room we got is smaller than what is advertised. Our apartment did not have a washing machine. Very expensive compared to private apartments we found in London. We paid near 2800 pounds for 1 week in a high season where our friends got an apartment next to Harrods for 800 pounds a week! There is a credit card usage charge of 2.5% in addition to what you pay on Booking plus we paid 800 pounds as a deposit for the 2 bedroom apartment.

Everything- the location, the apartments and the staff were all outstanding.

These modern, well-equipped, spacious apartments are In a great location -- a relatively quiet, elegant, tree-lined street in South Kensington, near the V&A, Harrods, Kensington Gardens and two Tube stops. Brompton Road with many good restaurants is just around the corner. We stayed in a one-bedroom flat that was nicely furnished, including kitchen and a washer-dryer and fast WiFi. Our 4th floor, rear-facing unit had a small, sunny (while we were there) balcony that overlooked a quiet courtyard. We felt that we were not just "staying" in London, but actually living there for the week. Located in a row of town houses, Number 130 is so discrete that it has no sign outside other than the street number! The staff is helpful, friendly, service oriented, and responded promptly to all our requests. (for example, they arranged for a car to take us to Kings Cross Station when we left.) Because this place is relatively new, they are working hard to establish themselves and build a positive reputation. Compared to other places we've stayed in London, this place is off the chart in terms of value for quality provided. As long as prices remain affordable, we will definitely stay here again on our next trip to London.

Quality of the decor and apartment and the quality of the staff and service. Location also great.

Booking.com advised that I was booking a specific type of room on an upper floor but when I arrived I was told this was not possible. I was given a choice of apartments when I checked in and was happy with my apartment but the initial booking information via booking.com was misleading.

Close to two tube stations, exceptional customer service; very quiet. Apartment very well appointed.
