We asked for upgrade our one bed room apartment to a bigger one they did it for us and we pay the difference. It has an excellent location in a quiet area near to every thing , Harrods very near. 2 underground stations also close. The apartment has every thing we need. It was great that the bedroom has TV. All the staff are friendly ,welcoming and always smiling. Every year we are visiting London and this place I liked it most. Sure will go back to it again.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean and had all what we needed,there is a washing machine, the kitchen was fully equipped with microwave, fridge, kettle and dishwasher.
Firstly, thier response for any request through booking.com was very slow, you will have to call them directly for any queries. Secondly,the apartments are overpriced especially for basement apartments! Lastly, the main bed, sofa bed and pillows were extremly uncomfortable!
Everything, staff, apartment, location. It feels home. I always try to stay at 130 Queen's Gate as it is a guaranteed quality of service and comfort.

Clean and modern. Great location. Helpful staff. Tall ceilings. nice living room.
The heating in the apartment was stuffy and hard to get right. This is largely due to old systems in old buildings. All spaces in London are small and cramped. Besides the living room, this is still the case.

- apartment was tired--needed paint and was not a good value for money. It was not particularly clean. - we had to add a night and the desk clerk gave us the "run around" on pricing.
We loved the apartment, it's cozy, has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, washer & dryer (in one unit), bathroom and nice size bedroom. Our bedroom was facing the street and got the the afternoon sun, perfect for a relaxing sunny power nap. wifi connection was strong and you only need to connect once, thereafter it's automatically connected. Very close to South Kensington tube station, we found Gail's Artisan Bakery and Muriel's Kitchen that felt like mom's kitchen and we were frequent diners there whenever didn't feel like going to a restaurant. I would definitely go back!
Not much really. We booked a standard room, it didn't mention that all standard rooms are in the basement. I didn't particularly like the idea of staying in a basement although the apartment was cute. Luckily they had the next level up apartment available on the third floor, for only extra 10 pounds/night so I upgraded and was very happy with our sunny apartment.
They sold out my booked apartment without informing me and charged me more for the one bed room apartment .
Rooms were quite, staff were great, nothing was a problem.

Excellent location near 2 tube stations - Staff was very helpful , King sized bed very comfortable and living space was very nice.
Air conditioning units
Very friendly and helpful desk. The apartment clean and nice on the fourth floor with balcony. Good location with good public transport (although there was a 48 hour strike on the tube but with the help of the desk we found good altenatives), musea in the neighbourhood, restaurants and bars.
The convenient location and the spacious apartment.
When we first arrived, the fridge and the washing machine weren't working. One of the receptionists was not polite. As the washing machine wasn't working, the receptionist promised to tumble dry our clothes for us overnight, she forgot. It took us another 24 hours to get our clothes back. We spoke to the manager on the state of the room and through time, we gradually got to know the staff better and the service improved.
The location and the size of the room was very good.
There was no service on Sunday and the day after new year. We were charged 45 GBP per night for our son sleeping on the sofa
