I have my freedom of cooking and this is perfectly located and clean and in a very safe area.
Sometimes internet was a bit challenging to get.
Leonardo and the other Reception staff created a welcoming environment. Our comfort and satisfaction appeared to be their main concern. Evidence: We were offered a double studio in place of the single studio. No additional fee. More comfortable for our 13 day stay in London. They provided tech support, an international adapter, and use of printer to print boarding pass for return flight. Our bed was crisply made with mitered corners. Location convenient for all the experiences we had mapped out.
Everything as described in the description and photos. The room is reasonably sized, you can really cook there since everything you need is in place (though the kitchen is really small). You event have an EURO plug adaptor in the power outlet. Well suited for a longer stay. WiFi fully working & fast.
The windows were not really new and some cold air was coming inside our room. The bed had only one sheet which wasn't comfortable for a couple used to sleep with two bed sheets.
Great location, only 5 mins if not less from Marylebone station, even for a single room it was perfect, double bed and very clean
position and the wifi
the matress, the draws had dead hair in it plus some other ugly dirt which hasn't been clean in a while, the staff wouldn't do a split payment of half cash half credit card cause he didn't know how to put it in the system on the pc....please!!!like if that still happens in 2015!!!
Great location with good connection, close to the centre
Connextion with internet. Mostly now connection. Kitchen..not enough things for cooking.
Modern, had nearly everything you needed for a short stay. Good location for us and clean.
Kitchen utensils, crockery and cultery very basic.
it was a place very close to everything we loved it .
The location is very good,in zone 1 of London and very close to walk to Oxford Street.
The room is very very small and has only one tiny closet (fits only your jacket to hang!). If you have one suitcase each and since there is no close to put them in to, you can bearly walk in the room. Too expensive for a so small room with no breakfast service.
very helpful and friendly staff
noise from other guests - poor soundproofing
Clean and quiet apartment (if you ask for the ground floor behind the reception). Very helpful staff. It is not a big apartment (like the photos) but it was big enough for two people who are not planning to stay in the apartment a lot).
No washing machine.
Very central location, very close to Baker Street and within walking distance of the main attractions (great for Christmas Day). Friendly staff at the reception.
A bit small and not so practical for 3 people: no door between the living room and the bedroom, the person sleeping in the living room has to go through the bedroom to go to the bathrooom/toilet. But overall, a very good value in that price range.
Good large room. Fully equipped kitchen, stove with two hot-plates, microwave, fridge. Bathroom with new shower. Centrally situated, easy to get to. Friendly staff.
Very poor service, have to consider to have staff training, very bad attitudes, make entire travel with a bad mood
Clean, comfortable and cosy
Easy, Simple, clean Bed was bigger than a single, even though advertised as a single.
Bathroom was a little small - It was as wide as the shower tray so a little squashed.
No electricity at night and nothing was done about it!!!
Great location. Immaculate room.
We like the comfortable bed, clean sparkling bathroom in the cozy clean apartment. We like the quietness and peacefulness of the apartment.
The little kitchenette was a bit cramp so thank goodness we were all small built!!
Location, cleanliness and professionalism of staff
Room was cold, bed was lumpy with a few broken slats, TV didn't work
We stayed her the night before my husband went into hospital, the manager upgraded us to a room with more space (room A2) in case we needed it as we had booked a smaller room. The staff were very helpful & accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable and great value for money in this location.
It took me a while to figure out I had come to the right place as the sign on the door did not indicate 146 suites. There was no instruction saying ring bell to gain entrance. Street appeal of the apartments is not good, could do with smartening up.
- Very friendly and helpful staff - Great location with metro stations "Baker Street" and "Marylebone" just around the corner - Nice pubs, cafes and restaurants close-by - Just some minutes walk to Regent's Park, which is really nice and includes the London Zoo and the Queen Mary's Gardens
- You have to pay when checking in. Nothing really to worry about but I was just a bit surprised as in other hotels I normally pay when I check out
nice and friendly staff. Specially Leonardo was very nice and helpful.
The kitchen was too small The rooms are also very small. It is basically a hotel room and not an apartment.
quiet and clean; spacious room and bathroom
dragging my suitcase up and down the narrow staircase
