Very good location and nice and quiet My room was on the ground floor, which made me- a single woman- feel a bit nervous. There was no BBC2 on the tv |

I like the self catering facilities. Also the location is very convenient for travel in most areas. Very good basics in all areas of room requirements, also the occasional discount offers. |

The rooms were exactly as described, which was pleasing. Bedding and linen were fresh and could be changed every day if required. Kitchen area was superb, we cooked on two out of three nights and were impressed by the range of utensils that were provided. Bed was comfy (a new mattress we believe) and the en-suite was compact but clean and all that we needed. Not so much as did not like, but the bed was only just off the floor. I have a slight knee problem so it was a bit of a problem getting in and out of it, particularly in the middle of the night. It was comfy once in it though! Also, the shower head could do with being either taken apart and cleaned or replaced - it was a little bit "spurty"! |

The fact that you have to walk a long way to check in / out at the reception at a different building. I got an electric shot when I switched on the lights and the bulb blew. The toilet was dirty. The room was cold and the heating didn't work. The bed was uncomfortable and squeaky. The tv only worked on a couple of channels. I had a basement room and it was really noisy from the rooms above. |

No complaints regarding cleanliness of hotel, the room was spotless and well equiped. Good heating and air con. the bathroom is very small, lucky im not on the large side. Stayed in the studio apartment expected a sofa bed but there was only a very hard uncomfortable bed, not ideal. The shower was either very hot or very cold. Last of my complaints the walls are very very thin. Its a shame as the place is quite nice. |

I went with my girlfriend and we both loved the kitchen which was hidden within a cupboard so we didnt have to see all the washing up etc, which just helped us unwind a little. We also thought the blue lighting in the bathroom added something special. Our door shook all day and night, it was at times very irritating. There was also a light on for some of the night outside our window. |

This is a studio flat. The walls are very thin andthroughout our stay we not only heard the street noise (no double glazing and Gloucester Place is a busy throughy road), we also heard continuous partying on Saturday night until 5 a.m. |

The room was modern, well equipped, clean and quiet. The location is great, will come back and recommend it to friends. There was no light switch to turn of the light near the bed. You had to cross the street to get the keys of the room at another hotel. |

For London city centre room was spacious and bright. Less of a corporate hotel feel than most. Actually.. not going to rave about this place at all cos it's very small and I want to stay there again when I go back - it's going to be MY secret hehe!!! v small quibble - couple of sachets of coffee, teabags etc would add the icing on the cake. |

The location was great. The furnish was fantastic. It even had a light switch which dimmed the lights so you could make the room a bit more romantic. Very modern, it was well priced and everything in the room worked. The only thing I would say is there is a little bit of damp on the ceiling. It was tiny but noticeable and didnt really effect us but should still be sorted out. The bathroom was small if you're a big person so I suggest asking for a room with an adequate size bathroom if you're a bit on the heavy size. |

NIce, spacious room, nice TV and Kitchen thing. Having to pick up the keys from another property a mile away when you have heavy bags is really stupid, especially when the map on the site doesn't show you where the pickup for the keys is. This will stop me staying again unless it is a long stay. |
