Really good location and good value for money compared to hotels in the area. Having a self contained studio is great bonus so it's possible to look after yourself from a catering point of view which is often an additional expense when staying in a big city hotel. The entrance hall and studio were very nicely furnished in a clean and modern fashion. The location was great as I was passing through London on the my way to the Eurostar so being so close to the tube and bus was very convenient. I will definitely be staying there again in the future and recommending it to friends. It also felt very safe and secure which is an important feature when travelling alone. As mentioned in comments by previous visitors on the website, I think the instructions to pick up the keys should contain more precise detail ie that 82 Gloucester Place is on the other side of the Marylebone Road to where you're staying. It's easy to head in completely the wrong direction when exiting Baker St tube and walk quite a distance, across Dorset Square, before realising your mistake. I realised too late that I should have checked the location on a map in more details beforehand. It was also not explained to me how to open the front door with your key card (you need to hold the card in front of the small black box on the door frame) This instruction would be helpful if printed on the key card itself).

Location. We liked the modern clean lines inside a period building. We only met the housekeeper in the corridor twice - each time she was smiling. The renovation downstairs was quite noisy. The plaster dust and sawdust on the stair carpet was off-putting.

Located close to underground station (Baker Street) which gave us a quick access to any point in London. Good for a short stay and with good modern furniture / appliances.

The room was comfortable, modern and clean while the location was perfect for central London engagements. The staff was extremely helpful and cheerful. Highly recommended.

Location was not bad however other things were nightmare. You should have to be very carefull on selecting this hotel because I am sick because of recent my stay. Hotel staff is unexperinced and they close the reception at 18:00 and reopen at 10:00 in the morning. It gives you a felling of an unsecure place to stay. If you need any help, they give you the number of Hotel82 but when you call them you face with arrogant staff and they leave you alone with your problems. You must think many times before you go ahead and do a booking with this hotel.

Free Wi-Fi & good location The studio apartment we got was not stylish, not bright and not airy as claimed on the hotel's page. The claim for flat-screen tv and "modern" bathroom is a joke. A slightly overweight person would find the tiny bathroom to be a nightmare. There is no reception staff in the same building and cleaning standards were extremely low.

The location was perfect! 15-Minutes walk to Oxford street. Good supermarket is nearby. Museums, parks, shopping - everything is at hand. Room service was fantastic, too. We had our apartment cleaned every day at no extra price. That was a bit of a surprise in comparison with another apartment where we stayed last time. We lived on the 4th floor with no lift available so I had to lift heavy luggage myself.

The room we stayed in was a mini-appartment with its own fridge, kitchen and seperate lounge area with sofa bed. Very spacious room in a fantastic location, less than 5 minutes to the nearest tube. The free wi-fi was also very handy. The bed was very uncomfortable and squeaky. Although it was a proper metal framed double bed it felt and sounded more like camp bed. A better quality, less noisy bed would have made the accomodation perfect.

I strongly recommend you disassociate yourself with this hotel/flat. The bathroom had so much black mold I was afraid to step foot in the shower. The advertised picture doesn't even mildly resemble what you are getting. It's filthy, it's about 30 years older than pictures advertise, it's extremely small and underground. You can't get fresh air. The refrigerator smelt so bad we slammed it shut immediately never to open it again. Did I say filthy? The rooms do not have any privacy at all... You can literally hear everything from rooms above, below and down the hall from you. They advertise free internet. There wasn't any internet. I always try to find the good in things... But this place was such a dissapointment I almost booked something else even though I had already paid them. Going home to it was something we dreaded. If I were you... I'd pull them off your site. I'd be afraid to book from you again simply because of this huge dissapointment. Was so excited for London and this was such a disgusting place to stay. It wasn't cheap either. The beds were grose also.. They smelt like basement.

The size was great for a family and it was cheap, too, and considering it was on a main thoroughfare in Marylebone it was very quiet and safe. We found a bottle of juice in the fridge, so that hadn't been cleaned. The shower was a little bit mouldy. Check in 10 mins away was a bit of a pain, but not insurmountable. Oh and my 4 yr old daughter opended the bathroom door and the whole handle came away in her hands. Just needs a little tlc as on the whole it was clean and well kept.

The location is fantastic. With the Gloucester Road tube stop just a short walk away, it was easy to access many parts of London. There is also a Waitrose right next to the tube stop, which is the best supermarket in my opinion if you are self catering for your holiday (the 146 suites kitchenette is small but works perfectly if you pick up the Waitrose heat-and-eat style meals). There are also two great coffee shops nearby, and a hardware store that actually sells adapters for foreigners needing to use UK plugs (I forgot mine and this saved my trip!). The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful. The single room is very very small. Like oompa-loompa sized. I don't need a lot of space, so it was perfectly fine for me, but you will be amazed that a kitchen and bathroom and desk and bed can fit into an area this size. Also, my room was on the top floor, and there are no elevators. I didn't have a problem with this either, but if you can't get up a flight of stairs easily make sure you request a room on a lower floor.

It was clean, convenient, great to have a kitchenette. Close to tube, supermarket, not far from Oxford St. In very good condition. The noise travelled a little from nearby rooms as there wasn't much soundproofing. Not really a big deal for me but it would annoy a light sleeper.

The location is terrific. Equidistant from Baker St and Marylebone stations and only a few minutes from each. Very central for London sights, culture and shopping. The flats are clean and, although compact, offer good facilities to self cater if required (but see below). We stayed in a 1 bedroom flat that had a sofa in the lounge that opened into a full double and bed linen as well, This would make a great base for an inexpensive family trip to London. Room was serviced daily and the linens were of good quality. Toileteries, plenty of electrical points and free wifi were added bonus. Shower room was small but clean with plenty of hot water. Draw backs were that there was no lift. We were offered 2 rooms - one in basement and one on third floor (4th if counting us style). The stairs are narrow and there is no bell hop so you have take your own cases so we picked the basement. Our room was very hot when we arrived but we turned off the radiator (which wass too hot to touch!) and it returned to a sensiblke level within a few hours. On our second night the occupants of the room above ours were stomping around until 2.30 am which made it impossible to sleep (and we had work the next day), This was not the hotel's fault but there is no reception after 6pm so we had nobody to sort it out. It is the problem with staying in a converted house rather than a purpose built hotel = poor sound proofing! The part time nature of the reception was a little annoying but they were very helpful when there. We did not have a full set of crockery or pans and, despite asking for replacments, these did not appear. We had to request this by pushing a note under the door of reception as we left for work at 8, before reception was open and returned after 6, when it was closed.

Excellent location, as I was working for the week in Regent's Park, so 3-4 minute walk to work. Had all the amenities needed and facilities were modern. Room wasn't immaculately tidy, there was quite a lot of dust/hair in the corners! Bathroom also smelt of drains the whole week. However I never reported these problems as was too busy working!

The location of the hotel in terms of distance to the tube and to the inner city were great. The hotel was also well-cleaned and the free wifi was great. On the confirmation email we received we were told to go to Hotel 82 to check in. After dragging our bags all the way there we were told to turn around and go back to 146 without apology. Our room in 148 was terribly hot and the bathroom had a very unpleasant musty smell, and turning on the air conditioning or the fan in the bathroom just made it worse. I actually came down with a cold due to this.

- Location is perfect. This was my second (and last) time here. - I asked to change my room for a bigger one, paying the difference if needed, and the hotel personnel would not accept it even having different rooms available. No excuses given, just "cannot be done". Pretty bad having that support when you are travelling. - The bathroom is probably the smallest I've been in my life, and I was not in the smallest room... So small there is no towel hangers. It was clean but there was a nasty pipe smell. - Super noisy, bring ear plugs! Walls are super thin, the fridge in the room is super noisy and you get a big bell striking at 8am sharp. If you are facing the back, the sound is so loud that the first time I though it was in my room...

Single bedroom with sofa bed in the living room, and small kitchen. It's very close to Baker Street station and about 15min walk to Oxford street, very convenient. Reception is only open from 10am to 6pm, if you need assistance at other times, have to go all the way to Hotel 82, their associated sister hotel. There is no secured luggage storage at 146 Suites; although Hotel 82 can store luggage for guests, security is minimal.

This is cleary not a hotel but an apartment hurriedly converted for public use. No privacy , you can hear from the next room. No lifts for guests, poor housekeeping, no directory of service, no personnel after 6 pm. If there is an emergency there is no one that can help you. The toileteries are not replaced by the housekeepers until they are finished. The tv reception is not steady and freezes. In short 146 suites is a huge joke that is not funny at all and am happy I survived them
