Friendly welcome, quick check in and check out. All questions answered. Superb apartment and stay
The location was great and the apartments were lovely and clean and very comfortable.
We could hear early morning noise from the train station next door.
Spacious apartments, central location, all in all highly recommended for families or anyone needing to book more than one room for a stay
The member of staff who booked us in was not particularly helpful after a misunderstanding - didn't apologise for the misunderstanding which was clearly his fault, bad attitude. All other staff seemed perfectly pleasant.
good wifi, good staffs. It is a very big studio with comfortable beds, and two toilet is very convenience. good location.
Furnishings a bit tired.
Our 3 bedroom apartment was massive, well appointed and in a wonderful location close to everything but just on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle - half a block down and you are in the thick of it! The roof too deck was a lovely bonus and we spent quiet time up their each evening. We didn't use the kitchen facilities other than the fridge, so can't speak in that, but overall very happy with our stay!
Nothing negative to say!
The apartment was better and bigger than I expected. The facilities were very good and the atmosphere relaxing. Very pleased with my stay here.
The location is great for exploring the City. The size of apartments are good and the decor is nice.
The wifi is poor. The staff although very friendly were not very efficient. The beds uncomfortable and hot water supply is poor. The kitchen could do with more utensils etc
Loved the size of our 2 bed apartment. Made the most of having the massage and beauty centre outside our door!!
Parking is a major problem
location perfect size of apt price
thought the furniture and carpets a bit shabby and balcony was quite dirty
Location and size of apartment was great.
My second time staying here and the internet was so poor I really wouldn't stay here again... because I need to be connected to the world. if you don't need interest connectivity, then the hotel is perfect!
Everything are really good there. Close to Scotish Palace, Government, and Edinburgh's commercial area in the city centre. Suites are new with almost all what you want in your house.
No wash mashine
The apartment was large with two showers and toilets, a proper kitchen and laundry facilities so it is great for an extended stay. Located at the end of Princes Street the apartments are minutes from pubs and shopping and a bus stop is at the front door. Wifi was excellent and we were given a personal wireless hub at the start of the stay.
There wasn't much not to like. There were a few spots in the apartment that would have benefited from some better repairs and maintenance, including the bathroom.
Plenty space and all the facility's you would want away from home
Noise from tannoy at the rail station late night and early morning Delivery trucks at 6 am 1500 entry and 1000 depart!!
great location, walking distance to transportation hub and almost every main attractions in Edinburgh. Well decorated and equipped. Quiet. Helpful staff.
Vodafone router doesn't work. Switched to public Wifi with a voucher, very slow.
Very well situated, great facilities and good size of accommodation. Beds comfy and has some toiletry supplies. Roof terrace a bonus. No free parking nearby, but we knew that before we booked.
Not much - no grill in cooker
Main shower room was not good, all of us used the 1-en-suite shower which was only practical as we were all girls
Great location, spacious apartment.
All apart from wifi
Very posh Euro-modern room. Walked to/from train, tram to airport, Royal Mile, dining, shopping, and even Edinburgh Castle.
Every door closes with a tremendous, gunshot-loud 'clack'. No ability to quietly go to the (one) restroom without alerting the occupants of both bedrooms.
Spacious apartment in fantastic location
Wi-fi very patchy
Location was better than I expected, especially for the money paid... It's only a few minute walk from the heart of the city center. I stayed in a studio, which was huge and had a comfortable bed. The decor was modern. The people were very nice and suggested great things for me to do in town during my stay. The hotel let me keep my bags there while I walked around after check out. Despite the negatives I list, I would stay again.
I didn't really feel like I was staying in a "nice" hotel... There is no lobby area (but for a tiny room you squeeze in to to check in), the halls are a bit dim and nothing has that "fresh" feeling you want to have in a hotel. The room was stuffy when I walked in (which was quickly remedied by opening windows). Thoug the modern decor was nice, it was quite obviously used (eg, the rug was dingy and worn)
