Location was perfect and our apartment was very clean and modern.

Great view out over the monuments from room. Make sure to get a room with a view. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Very centrally located.

Location, friendly, obliging staff, fantastic apartment was upgraded to a 3 bedroom apt, was soooo pleasantly surprised at how spacious, clean and confortable the apartment was,TV in every room lovely en-suite in master room it was perfect.

I have nothing negative to say only the fact that wished was staying for longer.

Had a wow factor I wasn't expecting. Beautiful view out my window. Very comfortable , very clean, Roof top view just upstairs. I took my coffee up with me in the mornings. Location was superb. Very quite, and safe. I was by myself but ended up with 2 rooms. Was lovely to have so much room to relax in after a full day of exploring. Made my stay so much more affordable to cook myself breakfast before heading of , or there is a wonderful cafe just across the road. Simple to find from the Airport . No 100 return ticket for 6 pounds. Very easy. Would recommend and difinitely stay again.

Excellent location within the heart of Edinburgh. Apartment was very well appointed and extremely well kept, clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and all done with a smile. I would highly recommend this facility for business and pleasure. It was a wonderful stay we were only sorry that we had not booked a little longer.

The appartment was spacious , modern , and clean. The staff were very efficient. We felt very comfortable in the appartment

Some of the fittings were a bit worn out and needed minor repairs and painting. If these minor maintenance issues were attended to , it would make a real difference.

This was a perfect place to stay for our last night in Edinburgh (wish we could have stayed longer)! Very clean and comfortable facilities that were convenient to exploring the city and only 20 minutes to the airport. We had a fantastic view of Arthur's Seat and part of the city, too! This would be a perfect place for families or couples or friends to stay. Thank you!!!

Very convenient, friendly and warm staff. Very clean and quiet area.

I guess it was a long walk to our room. We were in -03 and the view from the window was not that good. But these are minor details and did not detract from our overall contentment.

Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed. It was great being right in the middle of Edinburgh and the view from the roof top terrace was a amazing. We intend to go back, maybe having a bigger apartment with friends.

Clean, large apartments in a great location at a great price with an excellent rooftop area with excellent views of Edinburgh

Sleep disturbed and startled by window cleaner cleaning our windows at 5:30am on our last day which spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay. Travelled the world and have had sleep disturbed by many a thing but never a window cleaner.

We are regular visitors to this accommodation and as always ,we have recieved a beautiful room, friendly welcome and good price. Perfect location for a city centre break, peaceful and quiet no noise at all from busy princes street on the door step.

Very well laid out and spacious, great location, great staff.

There were a lot of cigarette butts in the outside space (obviously thrown down from higher floors as well), which should really be cleaned up. Also we had to ask for some basic items like a toaster and a coffee pot.
