It made a change from stopping in a hotel. I felt at home from home. There are contractors working on Edinburgh railway station. The noise throughout the night made for a poor nights sleep. Contractors shouting and scaffold banging, vehicle reversing bleepers etc. I was up at 4.30am because of it. I told reception that it should be made clear on their web site (or 3rd party sites) that there may be noise. The receptionist said to ask for a quiet room next time. Thanks for the advise mate! They never made an offer of a refund or reduction on the rate nor an incentive to return. With the exception of this, it would have been pleasurable.

This is a fantastic location - within walking distance of Waverly Bridge where all city tours depart. We were upgraded on arrival. Our apartment was amazing - 3 double bedrooms, extremely comfortable beds, and a beautiful sitting room overlooking Waterloo Place. Also, fantastic roof terrace with panoramic views over the city. Our only possible complaint would be the fact that there was only one sofa in the lounge. This is a 3 bedroomed apartment - accommodates possibly 6 people - and could do with another one or two easy chairs. The sitting room is certainly big enough to accommodate them. Other than that it was perfect.

The apartment was beautiful, excellent location and an amazing last minute offer was excellent values for money. Arrived late, felt staff were a little too tired to deliver the expected level of customer service at check in.

The Suite is really nice design and extremely well located. 200m from the train station, 100m from the main shopping center and just have to cross the bridge for the old town. The roof terrasse gives an very nice view of Edinburgh and Kitchen allow you to prepare your breakfast or nice diner. Very hard to find a better place for this price (233 pounds a double room for 4 adults). Next time I'll take the same really no complains

Fabulous location and staff were keen to help and very pleasant. Booked for my hushband and I and got a fabulous deal but were then up graded to a three bed room suite, wow! It was great fun deciding which room to pick! Lounge/Dining Area was superb and we had a really romantic night in! Certainly no need to go out, other than for a couple of pre-dinner cocktails at the Dome. The apartment, Room 18, was great but did show some wear and tear. Stains on carpet and some 'shuggly' sinks. Marks on beige walls too. Looked as if some guests did not treat accomodation with respect.Overall a a great place to stay and would go back in a flash.

I booked this property as I was travelling with a female colleague to Edinburgh on Business so needed two rooms. Fantastic central location, friendly efficient staff who were happy to store our bags, larger modern apartment with all mod cons. One of the best self catering apartments I have stayed in.

It was clean and had a kitchen The tv didnt work and would only play dvds, my washing machine broke and both their phones had problems with the batteries. It was extremely annoying and disapointing because of the money I paid to stay there.

Perfect location for travellers to Edinburgh with all the best shops just along the road and easy access to the major sights. Great facilities - I've stayed in many hotels & apart-hotels in Edinburgh and I found these to be ideal for my purposes. Upgraded to a 2-bed but one would've been fine. Having a lift to all floors was really useful - many apartments I've stayed in don't have that benefit and can be a struggle with luggage. With m&s or Sainsburys just down the road, a quick walk stocks the kitchen for your visit. The staff were friendly, helpful & efficient. If you want more shower gel, simply ask and they'll bring it straight up! And I enjoyed the view of the monument & cemetary!

Excellent location - quick and easy access to all main city attractions. Impressive old cemetery which is open 24 h is next to the building. Two large shopping ceners and Virgin centre in a near by. If you arrive by train - the station is also very close. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment, which was large and airy, good kitchen, excellent comfort bed. Just some very minors -We arrived by midnight and the apartment was extremely cold. My husband had to go back and ask for heating to be turned on. We only had one fork and two tea spoons in the kitchen.
