It was a comfortable flat, with good facilities. With the exception of the man who checked us in, all the staff were fantastically helpful and friendly. The receptionist who booked us in was not friendly at all, he was very unwelcoming. I was suprised that it was necessary to pay when checking in, when everywhere else I have payed at the end of the stay. It is near a noisy street. |

This was our first time in an appartment, we will do it again for sure, great for families, my little boy is nearly 2 so he had plenty of room to run about and we could chill out once he had gone to bed and have a nice meal and a dvd. excellent location, walking distance for everything, near to train station too. we found a M&S food court in the staion so that might be useful to know for others. will stay again. |

All I can do is rave about Princes Street Suites. From their friendly helpful staff that will go out of their way to help you (especially the lady we met at check-in who had to suffer my stupidity when I incorrectly thought booking.com had already taken my payment for the reservation) to the unbeatable location (if you want to be in the heart of Edinburgh and close to all of the touristy things). We had a Studio Apartment for 3 nights which was more than adequate for our needs. The rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing. I doubt the view from there can be beaten anywhere in Edinburgh. Some padding on the doors to stop them banging would be a god-send. I mention this only because I felt guilty each time a door slammed shut and I was worried about waking up or annoying other guests in the rooms we were walking past. |

Location. Also being an appartment you have more than your usual one bedroom to use, seperate lounge area, bathroom, dining room, kitchen etc. I was disappointed with a few things, the toaster was broken so prevented us from having toast with our breakfast, we attempted to use the oven grill, but this also did not appear to be working. There was also a problem with the bathroom extrator fan, this too was not working. On the confirmation invoice it stated that the bedrooms were made up of 1 double bed and 2 singles that can be pushed together to make a king bed. We had 2 double beds which made sleeping arrangements difficult. We had to take it in turns to slep on the fold out settee in the lounge. |

Convenient location. Spacious, well appointed apartment with excellent facilities. The apartment I was in very very noisy, with a recycling disposal base outside the window. The noise was very unpleasant. |

The apartments were a great size with absolutely everything you would you could need for your stay. It really was a home from home and you could easily live in these apartments. The location is amazing, I have stayed in quiet a few places in edinburgh and go there regularly, and this was by far the best. |

Everything and everywhere was just a stones throw away, and also getting a cab was no problem and reasonable prices. The apartment was excellent and the views were spectacular from the roof top terrace. |

We have recently returned from our stay in the suites and were surprised and amazed at how fabulous our suite was. We were upgraded to a 3 bedroomed suite (although we had booked a 1 bedroomed suite, there being only the 2 of us). It was absolutely huge and would provide plenty of space for 6 adults or a family. The accommodation and furnishings were akin to something out of a design magazine. Best of all, however, is the location, literally a couple of minutes stroll from Princes Street and everything that being in the centre of Edinburgh provides. We have decided that we will not stay anywhere else during future trips to Edinburgh. If you are looking for something with the wow factor, stay here! |

A great alternative for families with older children when you've outgrown the usual hotel family rooms but still want to be together. Excellant! |
