Princes Street Suites    

From the time we arrived the staff were very professional and welcoming. The accommodation was large , bright, comfortable and very clean. Location was great. I frequently go to Edinburgh and would stay here again and recommend it to others.

space per apartment was very good and very suitable for family breaks allowing my daughter and my self to have separate bedrooms but share the apartment. very close to railway and city amenities. Hope to stay again.

some of the blinds in the apartment were broken and needed repair / replacement.

Spacious apartments with all the facilities you might need in the center of the city.

Views were amazing from theroom and the roof terrace. Ideal location so close to the train station and princes street! Lovely staff and gorgeous rooms.

Serious distraction with plumbing. Lots of frequent/constant noise all through night from falling water coursing through pipes. Room 6 lower level 2

I absolutely loved the spce and layout of the rooms. It gave each of us enough privacy when needed and a pleasant communal space to visit with each other.

It wasn't the fault of the suites, though we did not get a good night's sleep on Friday night due to the party crowd.

Convenient location, quiet, clean, and safe. Very nice to have an apartment set up if you have a small group.

Challenging to park as you have to go to either the train station or a NCP location about a 10 minute walk away. This is also the case for other hotels we have tried in Edinburgh. The city is also in the midst of a multi year construction project where they seem to be attempting to install a trolly. Many roads and walking areas are closed or fenced off with equipment digging everywhere. The locals said they are not sure if the project will ever finish. Might be best to give the city a year or two to sort out.

Perfect location. A lovely place to come back to after a days sightseeing.

If you did want to cater for yourself, there wasn't enough cooking equipment.

I spend around 60 - 80 days per year in different hotels and apartments. However, for location, comfort and value for money this was simply unbeatable.

Its very convenient for Waverley, and is usually really excellent value- I guess its high season now. I will stay again next winter!

This stay was a real disappointment! I obviously got the room (suite 3) they only use if they have to- noisy throughout the night, bedroom blinds didn't fit, air in the radiators, only hand towels, fan didn't work in bathroom, missing bed lamp; although someone had turned the combi boiler up full, it still wasn't hot enough to shave- lucky, because it got pretty steamy in there anyway!

Location was excellent, good space and contempory. only downside was the parking.

I like how it's close to the city center.

I wish the hotel has parking space so that we don't have to walk too far away for the parking.

These were self contained apartments that were well laid out, spacious with good decor and natural lighting. Difficult to pick one particular aspect just loved the apartment as a whole.

Would have loved access to a gym. This was the only downside to the experience.

Booked a 1 bedroom studio, got a 2 bedroom appartment, it was very nice!
