Positief is de ligging van het hotel.Op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden. Winkels zijn ook vlak in de buurt. Appartement is ruim van opzet, nieuw en goed onderhouden. Keuken is goed uitgerust en vrij compleet ingericht. Heerlijke bedden, mooie badkamer. Ideaal voor een weekend weg.

Omdat wij op de onderste etage zaten was het wel wat donker.

Prachtige studio (ruim, modern ingericht, rustig, voorzien van mooie keuken en badkamer) op geringe afstand van het centrum. Perfect!

Het bed had wel iets langer mogen zijn.

Centrale ligging van het hotel ten opzichte van het stadscentrum, goede bereikbaarheid.

Geen duidelijk logo op de gevel zichbaar tijdens aankomst.

Nieuw en goed uitgerust appartement. Prima prijs, middenin het centrum van Edinburgh.

we booked princes street suites as an alternative to the hotels we usually stay in and it was half price. we had booked a studio apartment but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, the facilities were fab as were the location and staff. would highly recommend it to friends and family and would return

The cleanliness and shear size of the suites were outstanding. The proximity to the Royal Mile and tours we were attending couldnt have been closer. The staff were very friendly, offering advice and giving past personal experiences of places to go.

Nice staff in the reception area. Nice big modern apartment, tons of space, comfortable beds and surprisingly quiet in a bustling city setting. Really appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need right down to the salt & pepper, coffee/tea and sugar. Also really appreciated the free wireless internet!

It was difficult to find parking nearby especially because Calton Road was closed while we were there. There was a loud buzzing noise in the cupboard in our apartment hallway that holds the water heater and electrical panel. Not sure what it was, but we could always hear it. Everything else was perfect.

Central location, clean, well designed, convenient, private spacious living

It was a comfortable flat, with good facilities. With the exception of the man who checked us in, all the staff were fantastically helpful and friendly.

The receptionist who booked us in was not friendly at all, he was very unwelcoming. I was suprised that it was necessary to pay when checking in, when everywhere else I have payed at the end of the stay. It is near a noisy street.

All I can do is rave about Princes Street Suites. From their friendly helpful staff that will go out of their way to help you (especially the lady we met at check-in who had to suffer my stupidity when I incorrectly thought booking.com had already taken my payment for the reservation) to the unbeatable location (if you want to be in the heart of Edinburgh and close to all of the touristy things). We had a Studio Apartment for 3 nights which was more than adequate for our needs. The rooftop terrace was absolutely amazing. I doubt the view from there can be beaten anywhere in Edinburgh.

Some padding on the doors to stop them banging would be a god-send. I mention this only because I felt guilty each time a door slammed shut and I was worried about waking up or annoying other guests in the rooms we were walking past.

Great! the apt. was big and spacious, well equipped and clean. the staff was welcoming. Location great. Rooftop terrace and view beautifull. I will certainly be back!!!!

Location. Also being an appartment you have more than your usual one bedroom to use, seperate lounge area, bathroom, dining room, kitchen etc.

I was disappointed with a few things, the toaster was broken so prevented us from having toast with our breakfast, we attempted to use the oven grill, but this also did not appear to be working. There was also a problem with the bathroom extrator fan, this too was not working. On the confirmation invoice it stated that the bedrooms were made up of 1 double bed and 2 singles that can be pushed together to make a king bed. We had 2 double beds which made sleeping arrangements difficult. We had to take it in turns to slep on the fold out settee in the lounge.
