The only complaint i have is due to the excessive noise from the balcony and other apartment doors banging all the time during day and night.

It was fine - you get a good facilities for the money, especially the living/sitting/kithen area and it is nice to be able to prepare own meals, however I wouldn't stay there again for the following reasons - 1) automatic light in bathroom extremely annoying, goes out after about 30 seconds, this is a well-reported design flaw that appears in majority of reviews, surely someone needs to read this and make changes - it's a motion senser but it goes off part-way through your shower, leaving you in the dark 2) room temperature was far too hot - 25 degreees and did not respond to me turning it down. I reported this to receptionist who said she would turn it down centrally, but this didnt happen - window had to be left wide open at all times to cool room down. 3) bedroom area of the room was miniscule I would recommend it with the above reservations.

The price was okay. Shoddily constructed apartment building that is poorly maintained and in a desolate location. Sliding shower door barely slid, electronic door locks were fidgety and wi-fi was slow during the few hours that it actually worked. Also, the "kitchen" didn't have an oven/cooktop and they charged an undisclosed 3% credit card fee (Who pays cash for an online booking? Oh yeah, you can't...)

The location was in the City centre, 5 min from Tower Bridge. Hotel staff was very welcoming and supportive. Parking space was not far from Hotel, just 5 min walk. Good value for money! The kitchenette fittings were a bit fiddling as the doors of the cupboards stay open reducing the space of the seating area, Washroom lock was not working!

nice and convenient flat, ideal for many big-city-purposes and Bermondsey is a fantastic area. I liked the flat but I would appreciate a little more kitchen equipment - I found it quite difficult to cook a proper meal which was irritation as I chose to rent a flat because I was bringing my young son and wanted to be able to do cooking.

the quality of the appartement , the location in London , private parking having to leave at 10 ( everywhere else it look like it's 12 ) , is really really too short ! no possiblity to make a lunch or taking our time to break first if we are here for just one day ... ( we will not use this hotel for our next trip in London because of this )

No kitchen towel, washing up liquid. You only need 1 soap and 1 shampoo. So perhaps supply 1 small bottle washing up liquid instead.

Friendly staff and good value for money The kitchen wasn´t really a kitchen, more of a place for the kettle to sit!

The apartments are very nice- not big, but comfy. Bermondsey Street has some nice places for breakfast, dinner and drinks. - 10 AM check out time on Sunday, not negotiable: really? - Very warm apartments, and it's impossible to lower the temperature (from 23 degrees celcius) - Light in bathroom switches off automatically after you've been under the shower for a few minutes, or stays on after you've gone to the loo at night, brightening the whole apartment (there's no off-switch)

Good location, friendly reception staff, nice and clean, comfortable bed. The facilities were ok, but the room design was awful. No indication which light switches applied to different lights. A cutlery drawer at ankle level, behind a cupboard drawer. A cooker with lots of buttons that weren't labelled but with cooker instructions behind a cupboard door and above eye level: "grill: 10th button from the left:. The bathroom light was sensor operated (no switch I could find) and kept coming on at night. N.B. the same light kept switching itself off when I was in the shower. Apart from that, it was great.

Liked the studio apartment concept within a hotel type environment. Decor was modern and functional. The location was convenient for the city was convenient. Your reception staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming The apartment was beginning to look like it needed a refresh, painting was aged and where items had been used by previous occupants they were going end of life. Whilst the laminate floor throughout was functional from a maintenance perspective it left the apartment feeling cold and soulless. Pricing was at the high mid to low top end for this, had I left booking later and the cost was higher I would have looked for alternatives. However, I would use Think again.

We love the location. The area has a great atmosphere and nice places to eat. It is a ten minutes walk to London Bridge Station,Tate Modern, Borough Market and the Design Museum. But if you don't feel like walking, there is a good (night)bus connection all the way to Tottenham Court road via Waterloo. The busstop is only a 3 minutes walk. We like the modern design of the appartment. Also having a dishwasher and a laundry machine (includes a dryer) is very comfortable. The reception is staffed 24 hours. You cannot set the temperature of the heating. Instead it was set on 23 degrees. We asked reception about it, and that evening the temperature was adjusted. However, the next day, it was back to 23 degrees. We finally turned the whole thing off because it is just to warm. Especially at night. We had the window open the whole time to cool down the place. Not being able to manage the temperature was uncomfortable and a waste of energy. Providing a manual for the oven and the electric stove, just like the one for the dish washer would be great. I ended up cooking nothing because I couldn't switch on any of the appliances...

Presence of a kitchen in the room. Unbearable tempetarure in the room, which forced me to keep the windows wide open, even when the wind blowed and showers fell. What is it with these hotels that try to cook their guests? Light in the bathroom switches off every minute or so, which is extremely irritating: I know how to use a light switch. Really.

It is a new and clean hotel. The location is very good. Close to the subway and bus stations. One can reach the center of London very easily. In the room we had,the light system was somewhat strange and unhandy .This was minor though but irritating.
