Small but clean and comfortable room. Great location with easy access to 3 tube stations, easy walk to Oxford and Regent streets. Handy to restaurants and grocery stores. Quiet hotel, good laundry facilities, friendly staff. Would stay again.
Kitchen had no power which didn't worry us as we didn't use it. Bathroom tap leaked. No bathmat provided.
Good location. Just near a tube station.
No housekeeping provided. No refills like toilet paper or change of towels. Kitchen equipment are not usable. Corroding utensils.
The location alone!!
Smell of cigarettes even on the bed. Not very clean, cramping for space, no change of linens or cleaning done during the 4 days of our stay. Overall wasn't a very pleasant experience.
Great value for money. Close to Oxford Street and Great Portland Street Tube. Friendly welcoming staff. Free wifi and fantastic kitchen facilities both in room and shared.
Bed was a bit small but comfortable enough. King size would be better.
Everything was perfect. I spent nice days in this hotel where we could go to Oxfors Street walking just 10 minutes. Thanks to the staff very friendly and open to our requests. Wonderful room and very warm. I will go back here and I will advise this hotel to my friends.
location was close to everything and tube location.
The studio apartment is not suitable for 3 adults. It states 'double beds' to accommodate studio room of up to 4 adults but the second bed is not a bed. its a modular 2 piece lounge that you place side by side. It is not suitable for sleeping on and is very hard. Once you pull out sofa, you are unable to get around the room. When queried about the second double bed, it was stated that the couch folds out to a 'double size'. Does not have enough room to accommodate 3 people luggage (suitcase each plus hand luggage) let alone 4 people Very uncomfortable 4 night stay. Bathroom too small, shower was slow draining and blocked by our last evening. Studio room is only suitable for a couple room, and it shouldn't be advertised as such. If we could have found a 2 bed apartment nearby, we would have moved.
Great Location to parks, shops and threate Cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment
the location was excellent and near metro station and 24 h tesco market. the staff were helpful
the only thing that the cleaning was per week
location- close to Tube and easy to get to from stations. Kitchen Helpfulness of staff close to centre of London good eating nearby Parks near
Street light immediatley outside window
Everything about our stay was great, comfort cleanliness and location! Highly recommend, and we will be returning!
Lovely apartment in a great building. Plenty if soace for the four people sharing. It was great being able to leave suitcases as we still had a full day there. Would recommed it to friends and family
When i booked it it said on oxford street but it wasnt it was on devinshire street, so we were disappoint that we werent as close as we booked. It took us some time to find the apartment.
Grubby needs a bit of a makeover
Location, facilities of the room, size of room, heated bathroom floor
Bed was a little small
handy for UCLH, Oxford Street, London Zoo, Madam Tussauds, Regents Park, Baker Street, Hyde Park Self catering a little minimalist, but a microwave and one ring allowed for decent family meals. Sainsburys and Tesco Local both very handy Next to Great Portland Street Tube Laundry facilities!!
Lacked air con, but we had brought our own fan.
Very close to Regent Street, Osford Street, Soho, Regent Park
no real air conditioning, mattress, worn materials
We stayed twice.First room was great.good size.bed comfortable.great laundry facilities.staff friendly and helpful. Location fantastic.walked to Piccadilly and Oxford several times a day.
Second room.it was smaller.still had all the facilities but the bed was a wall fold up.not comfortable so spoiled our stay a bit.ask for a room with a proper bed.
The location is amazing. The kitchenette with included dish washer was really nice.
No air conditioning. Very painful for the kids. Sheets on extra bed were not clean and protection layer towards sofa/bed was torn. Fire alarm went off twice during our second night. Not ideal for sleeping. A few things broken in the bathroom. The concierge didn't know much about the surroundings and said that the weather changes every day when we asked her about the forecast for the day.
Location, Helpful staff, nice, sunny room on 5th floor, after we requested a change from ground floor, plenty of space.
Bed needed a topper pad , not plastic sheet over mattress, to cover the sharp buttons.
Kitchen facilities, bathroom
No aircon, very noisy when having the windows open. In summer with warm nights sleep is therefore a problem. Early check out at 10am, late check in at around 4pm.
Staff are terrific, lift is quirky but works. facilities in good condition
no Aircon (29degrees outside and 31 degrees inside). suggest owners buy a few Big fans.
Excellent location close to tube and Regents Park and away from the mad bustle of Oxford St.
Room pretty small especially if you left the sofa bed down then nowhere to sit. But public spaces - kitchen, laundry and longs area made up for this. Good value for money.
Staff. Cleanliness. Location. Excellent use of space.
The elevator. For a first timer with two large suitcases, I wasn't quite sure of the opening of the elevator door after it came to a stop. An appropriate signage can address this situation.
Location and the facilities in the building
The sofa was terrible to sleep in it.
The welcoming staff, modern clean interior and location of the hotel
It was a little difficult to find
Reception staff, location, communal kitchen and dining room. iPod Dock was a nice feature too.
