its very warm and friendly good staff and great facilities location is great for the shopping beside tram station very central

my wife was pregnant during our stay and we needed to take taxi's to get around when we asked for a taxi down to a christmas market which was about five mins walk away the receptionist did everything but tell us we were lazy we did not like this at all as it made my wife very upset for the rest of our stay and very anxious about asking for taxi's . there was one male receptionist from co Down who made us feel very very comfortable .

The Hotel itself was much nicer than expected. It was very clean and staff very friendly-professional and helpful. Great for shopping straight walk through-Trams run straight throuhg as do buses if dont want to walk. The parking in NCP is just opposite and get discount to help with parking fees.

Just tha lack of parking as whilst the NCP is close and get a discount it still cost £13 for overnight stay, would be beneficial to give bigger discount to get more business

City trip boozing and match

The cleanliness, the modern style, the comfort. Excellent and friedly service, particularly the reception staff. The breakfast was particularly good, usually buffet breakfasts are a bit cold and tasteless, this breakfast was very nice and although we weren't B&B was very good value for money at £7.00.

Breakfast time was a bit manic on the second morning, not enough cups, plates, cutlery etc but we got everything we needed in the end.

room was too basic for the price it cost, no room service was is very poor, no parking. Overall not good enough for how much it cost.

The hotel was an excellent location for walking to city centre. Staff friendly and helpful.

2 of the 3 rooms were excellent. The 3rd room was pokey and smelt of cigarettes, no bath and badly stained lamp. Also tried to move us to a different hotel the day before which we refused.

Value for money, central to amenities

Hot food unavailable during our stay due to work to kitchens.

The hotel was cheap in comparison to other hotels that were in the surrounding area.

During the night my mum was in her room alone! A man was knocking on her door and she was shaken by this and still was in the morning. When she went to the door the man had his finger over the spy hole so she could not see him and he still carried on knocking and trying to get in! After been told to leave as he had the wrong room he still carried on knocking and trying the door. When the hotel manager was informed of this he did not offer any type of compensation for the incident and merely said" He did it to other rooms too". This does not excuse this man's behaviour nor does it reassure my mum who has since said "she will never stay in an hotel room again". Not a great stay for her!

Great location - right in the city centre - good value for money

Standard was lower than other Jury Inns I have visited, the hotel seemed to be old and there was an old mattress against a wall on the way to my room that made the place look really bad.
