Size of the Room, reasonably sound proof -apart from noise of doors closing along corridor See above. Slim duvets with covers would be better than blanket. Despite summer Central heating was on part of time for one day/night |

Convenient location. Prompt and constructive response of duty Manager to my complaint (see below) - we were given a refund against our room rates to compensate for the disturbance. Noise and temperature of rooms.. Our rooms were at the front of hotel, facing the very busy main road. Traffic noise prevented us from opening windows, meaning that rooms were stuffy and uncomfortably hot. There was noise from people running around in the corridors, banging doors and shouting (sometimes abusively) throughout the night. |

The breakfast was excellent. Service in the bar was again very good. There was a problem with the door lock which meant that we always had to get a member of staff to let us in and after a dozen times it got a bit tedious. The door was never actually repaired properly. My opinion of the problem was that the batteries in the door lock were not keeping their charge. Apart from this problem everything else was first class. |

Very convenient to the city. Room was very stuffy but a fan was supplied when requested.When booking I emailed twice asking that an extra bed be put inthe room. I got no reply and it was only on arrival that I learned this option was not available. This should have been made clear to me when I booked. |

it was very central, lots of taxis in the area and very easy to find. the room was extremely warm and the windows only opened a crack, and the room keys kept getting knocked out by my mobile phone. |
