This hotel i s right in the centre of Belfast with food very well priced and convenienly in the bar area where you don't have to dress up too much. My sister and myself have stayed there on 3 trips from Australia and feel very safe and well looked after whilst there. Will be going back again next time. Thanks Jury's Inn............... I found the reception staff a bit hard to get on with, a couple really went out of their way while some others just couldn't care less. In one case I heard one of the male reception staff speak dreadfully to an older chap when he asked if they had missed cleaning his room. It was 3 in the afternoon, and actually ours wasn';t done either. |

Convenient location; Breakfast was OK. Had a room to the front of the hotel. It had no air-conditioning and a lot of noise from a very busy road. I had to have the window open on that very warm day - didn't sleep very well. Also, that part of Belfast doesn't seem to have many restaurants, so when I got back to the hotel, at 9.35pm, I find the hotel restaurant had closed 5 minutes earlier. |

There was nothing that stood out from this hotel. Very poor service, the people at the front desk were not welcoming and also the fact that you have to pay 5 pounds an hour to use internet, when every other hotel now-a-days has it for free. |

The hotel is in a great location central to everything, tour buses operate just outside, overall the hotel is lovely and even had a live band in the bar on the saturday night which we enjoyed. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff were very helpful and attentive |

The staff were warm, friendly, helpful and competent. Check in and check out were quick but still personal. The food in both bar and restaurant was excellent. The room was very clean, well appointed and comfortable. Room service was prompt and the price, for a city centre, was excellent. |

Convenient to the odessey and city walking distance from Belfast wheel and shopping There was no parking in the hotel itself. This was the clear from web. Arrived at hotel during rush hour and did not know where to park. Assumed hotel had car park. But eventually found car park 50 m walk from door public car park . Also booked family room. Double bed with fold out uncomfortable bed. Could have fitted two doubles in room . Never saw fold out bed in hotel before |
