Very disappointed that having booked a smoking room, I was told on arrival that smoking rooms were allocated on a first come first served basis and there was not one available. Will not be staying again. |

The location was great. Parking was nearby. Hotel was very nice I think that WI FI should be available at a hotel of this caliber free of charge. |

It has a very good central location. Room315 was noisy too warm and dated .Who ever touched up the paintwork didn't bother to take down the pictures. The extractor fan did not work and it still did not work after reporting it to reception a couple of times. The toilet seat was broken and the shower curtain was black at the bottom .The manager was not very helpful or sympathetic when there was a mix up over our booking (which was Bookings .com and my fault i have to say). I preferred the old bar.The newly decorated Bar lacks character and warmth.I have to note that I have stayed here before and this is the first unpleasant experience we have had as a family. It didn't help that we were opposite an elevator with a gang of Chicago firemen going haywire every night of our stay . |
