Good location The fact that it didn't have room service, and the room was very cold. When I adjusted the heating setting in the room, the heat would not go on. |

The location of this hotel was perfect for a shopping week-end. It was great value for money a good size family room with great breakfasts. Would definitely stay there again. |

The hotel was full of parties which was fine but after 2 in the morning it was very loud, people running around screaming and banging on doors. It was crazy. Food in the hotel was overrpiced and only average. |

Very disappointed that having booked a smoking room, I was told on arrival that smoking rooms were allocated on a first come first served basis and there was not one available. Will not be staying again. |

The opportunity to collect a tray for my evening meal with a full choice from both menus, bar and restaurant. Food was good .Hotel had bathrooms not shower rooms. |

It has a very good central location. Room315 was noisy too warm and dated .Who ever touched up the paintwork didn't bother to take down the pictures.The extractor fan did not work and it still did not work after reporting it to reception a couple of times. The toilet seat was broken and the shower curtain was black at the bottom .The manager was not very helpful or sympathetic when there was a mix up over our booking (which was Bookings .com and my fault i have to say). I preferred the old bar.The newly decorated Bar lacks character and warmth.I have to note that I have stayed here before and this is the first unpleasant experience we have had as a family.It didn't help that we were opposite an elevator with a gang of Chicago firemen going haywire every night of our stay . |

its was very close to shops and the aircoach outside is great now thw trains are stillnot working from dublin will stay there again if the price is good the bathroom could do with a makeover, the towels were very poor qualitythe jury in Galway was far better |
