A convenient hotel with all the facilities expected from a chain. Clean, comfortable rooms. The breakfast buffet offered the usual fare but was a little uninspired and the coffee was poor. |

Lovely comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Really close to transport links and within walking distance to the main shops, restaurants, bars and clubs. Lovely all you can eat breakfast aswell. Would definitely stay there again. Air-conditioning was a bit temperamental in the room. Couldn't get the warmer air to work properly. |

The bathroom was horrible. Bath too low. Felt like a hospital bathroom. Too hot in room. No instructions for air con or heating. Very cheap pillows. Breakfast badly cooked and not everything stated was available |

The Jury's on Broad Street is well located and ideal for a theatre trip to the Symphony Hall or ICC and close to Brindley Place for shoppping and dining. The room was very clean, spacious and contempary. |

What I particularly liked about my stay at the Jurys Inn Birmingham was that the Hotel Staff...who couldn't do enough for you. Plus the Hotel was clean, comfortable had good food.Overall it was good value for money.Besides it's excellent location on Broad Street, which Is virtually on the doorstep to the City Centre of Birmingham. Where there are numerous things to see and do for whatever the age range !!! There isn't anything negative I can say about Jurys Inn Birmingham. That's why I've stayed there before and will do again...with pleasure! |

nothing in particular average hotel average facilities Breakfast was served on very small plates making it impossible to get a cooked breakfast on the plate and making it very difficult to eat without food falling off the plate. I saw a number of people serving and eating breakfast on two plates, very frustrating indeed! Would never eat breakfast in this hotel again. |

The hotel is very close to all facillities specialy the nia and the Bullring. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. The bar service at night is very poor and very expensive compared to the bars in the very close vicinity |

Proximity to National Indoor Arena and other venues. Very organised reception. Helpful staff. Excellent bedroom. Breakfast was manic. Disco opposite turned out at 3 a,m, - very noisy. Bedroom backed on to lift which was also noisy but we got used to it. |

Easy check-in/out. Good standard of room. Well appointed bathroom. Central location easy for Conference Centre and rest of central Birmingham. Breakfast organisation was not explained. The coffee served was the worst I've had in Europe. |

Excellent for the city centre and the NIA where we were going to. We had a corner room and the noise from a nightclub down the road and traffic noise was dreadful. An inside room might have blocked out the noise, |
