Me ha gustado en general el hotel, está bastante bien. El desayuno está muy completo.

Tardamos un poco en hacer el Check-In, pero por lo demás nada malo.

Staff very accomodating, when I asked for a larger corner room it was no problem. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of broad street so plenty of night life on your door step, it is also only a few minutes walk for the bullring shopping centre.

The food was not great!!!!!!

Very comfortable and good sized room with everything you could need for a pleasant stay. Good location.

Only slight criticism was that I was attending a convention in the hotel and reception staff didn't know anything about it and were not able to direct me to the rooms.

Bed was too soft and the duvet too thin, no biscuits in the room.

i was very dissapointed to find that the previous accupiers of my room were stil in my room as we arrived , which was disgusting as they were in bed . and we were then moved 2 floors up from friends we were stayin with. very dissapointed and desrved some compensation as they were tryin to say there were no rooms available unless we had disabled.

good value, parking facilities, room space, plenty of seating at breakfast-thought it would be busier-we ate at 1030am. nice sausages!

tired bathroom, shower controls, handrail in shower, like others you provide hand towels not bath towels/sheets that just about cover you-I dread to think what your male guests think. Holes in hand towels-both days.A few bottles of deoderant for staff wouldve been better that the strong body odour smell in the corridor after breaky. Not having a yellow pages on reception?

Food was excellent and the restaurant staff were great

We were put in a disabled room - no real problems but we didn't need that category of room.

The hotel was really nice and in a good location, breakfast was nice and their was plenty of it. Only issue we found was the room was cold and although it had air con it took ages to warm up and then when we went out again the keycard de-activates the heating and it goes cold again ready for your return.
