ho apprezzato solo la posizione. le camere sono pessime e la pulizia e' molto carente il bagno era orribile. |

La vicinanza alle vie dello shopping, al centro, ai ristoranti e pub della della città. La camera matrimoniale, si presuppone debba ospitare 2 persone, quindi il letto deve essere doppio e non a una piazza e mezzo, e poi il bagno, brutto, con il soffione della doccia non staccabile dalla parete, senza accessori tipo cuffia doccia e frigobar. Ma le camere doppie sono ok, quindi prenotate una doppia anche se siete in coppia. |

La posizione è perfetta, è su Broad Street, la via dei locali molto carina e piena di vita dal pomeriggio alla sera. E' a pochi passi dalla zona dei canali, di sicuro la più carina della città. Con 10 minuti a piedi si arriva alla stazione centrale (New St.) e agli sconfinati centri commerciali. Colazione ottima, staff gentile, albergo molto curato. |

Location is excellent for the busy nightlife part of Birmingham. Prompt and efficient check-out. The room was cold and the heating system not working well. It blew warm air for a few minutes then cut out and didn't seem to want to re-start unless you switched it off and back on. The hotel staff tried to help and brought a portable heater which after several hours the bedroom got up to a reasonable temperature. Despite running the bathroom heater for hours it never got warm. Unacceptable standard in a hotel. |

I always book Jurys Inn when I come to Birmingham because it is central to going shopping in Birmingham, the nightlife is on your door step and there are parking facilities. The rooms are lovely, clean and spacious and great value for money. |

good location pleasant staff, would have liked a mini bar.Room was a good size clean and nicely presented. Noise from the street at night a problem but to be expected in a busy city. |

the breakfast and evening meal was very good great value for money, the reason why i chose fair to comfort & value for money is because of the lack of heating in the room. twice i brought it to the attention of the front desk, It was supposed to be repaired but worked for a little time then broke down again. Thus room was uncomfortably cold. |

had a room with a view. Last time we stayed we had a room with thick nets so that was an improvement. Room was clean as was the corridors. not enough staff at bar when we got back in th evening. We want a coffee before going up to our room but we waited too long so ended up not getting our drink. The coffee at breakfast was awful. The juice was thin. Machines that dump a white coffee into your cup are not good. Go back to jugs of filter coffee. and use quality juices. |

Staff very accomodating, when I asked for a larger corner room it was no problem. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of broad street so plenty of night life on your door step, it is also only a few minutes walk for the bullring shopping centre. The food was not great!!!!!! |
