Ja, bis auf das es sehr laut war, da in dieser Nacht sehr viel junge Leute im Hotel waren und wohl Junggesellenabschied gefeiert wurde. |

Sehr zentrale Lage, guter Preis. Sauber. Hatte ein Dreibett-Zimmer, das Doppelbett war - typisch englisch - nicht gerade das breiteste. |

Modern and clean hotel in a convenient location Visit spoiled by some of the clientele - noisy, thoughtless groups of young men and women who think it is ok to shout in the corridors and activate the fire alarm at 3.30am. This is a shame as it is a nice hotel. |

Central location easy assess to Newcastle city centre, especially St James park. Because of its location used by large groups for Hen ands Stag nights. Kept awake during all hours of the night by groups returning to hotel. |

All of it! I travelled with two children aged 11 and 13, we were made welcome by all staff, the food we ate at the hotel (bar meals as well as breakfast) were delicious. The room we had was a good size for a family. We loved the soaps and shower gels used! The hotel is easy to find and reasonably priced...I always recommend Jurys Inn to everyone going to Newcastle. We love this hotel - it rocks! |

The only thing to comment on was the noise that comes from the courtyard when all the hen & stag nights are coming back in the early hours of the morning. |

Friendliness of staff, cleanliness and location. Parking facilities and price, WiFi prices. Although the room rates are as one would expect, when you add on the additions it becomes an expensive stay. My colleagues from Holland were also appauled by the internet connection prices, when staying in Europe most have free WiFi. |

closeness to amenities- lots of taxis outside showers where not hot, i had 2 hours sleep due to people trying the bedroom door handle, banging on the door, people running down coridors shouting, and the noise of running water coming from the floor above |

the close proximity to the town centre and the car area. The bathrooms were a little stark. The walls between the bedrooms were a little thin. |

The location is brilliant, close enough to the main routes without being on them, and only a short walk to the station and nightlife. The bathroom was terrible, it was clean, but it was dated, poorly lit and very cold. It also had one of those half baths, you know the type thats deeper than a shower tray but not really big enough to be a proper long soak bath tub. Also the extraction fan didn't work, and the vent ducting that did run from the bathroom was being wind whipped by the weather outside, with the noise being constant. As a regular traveller I have stayed in various places in Newcastle and given the choice I would have rather have stayed at the Holiday Express 200yds round the corner. |

I'm not sure that £84 per night, room only with no parking or breakfast facilities is good value for money. The bars were noisy as were the corridors at night/early morning. Cold showers, limited towels. |

The excellent location, right in the centre of Newcastle. Lots of groups but the reception staff ensured us if we had any noise problems to call them and they would sort it, however we were not disturbed at all. |

The staff were friendly and helpful, checking in was quick and easy and the food was excellent. There was no room service only a tray service, when i am going out i like to eat my dinner in my room before i get ready but was unable to which is a little luxury i enjoy in a hotel. |
