The reception staff were very informative and helpful. The service in the bistro was friendly and speedy. Prior to arriving I was not aware that this was a popular venue for stag/hen parties and was slightly put off by the large crowd of noisy people in the bar just off the reception areawhen I checked in mid afternoon. However we were not disturbed in any way during our stay. |

Excellent location and within walking distance to train station. Helpful reception staff. Stayed just the one night and preferred to have a drink in hotel bar later in the evening. Would suggest there should be more than one person serving in bar and especially at a weekend. |

Well located; close to station and shops. Clean room; good buffet breakfast. It annoys me when hotels charge for wifi as this is a service which costs them next to nothing. Therefore, as much as I would have loved to make use of this facility I absolutely refuse to pay £5 an hour! |

I eas part of a sag party and found the hotel ideal for the stay. Its central and party friendly. Walls were paper thin and window was overlooking a busy main road, very hard to sleep. |

Friendly staff, nice breakfast, bar snacks offered a good range. Room was comfortable with plenty of mirrors, and with a good view. Could be noisy on lower floors (traffic noise). On the weekend there are large groups of stag/hen parties. Could put more toiletries in rooms (only liquid soap on offer). |

The all you can eat breakfast buffet was good, I originally balked at the £10 entrance price but was pleasantly surprised at the amount of choice |

The hotel room was clean and really comfortable, the facilities were also really good in our en-suite We did order some food from the tray service at the Hotel food, but we barely ate any of it as it was very poor and tasted horrible, would definately not recomend the food to anyone there although the rooms themeselves were good and the facilities were good |

I found it very conveniently located , minutes from the Railway and town centre despite being situated in a quiet location. Plenty of acccess to taxis and a smart bar. My original room 409 was allocated to a floor almost entirely made up of Stag and Hen groups which was not clear until very late and the noise was as you would expect but unacceptable. I was swiftly relocated to a quieter floor the next morning 535. |

I stayed at the jurys inn because I was going to the metro radio arena for a concert. It was very close to the arena and this is why I stayed. The carpet in the room was very dirty and let the room down also I expected a fridge to be in the room or a mini bar. |

The staff were on the whole friendly and efficient Compared with other hotels of its type and price I found it lacked character and luxury, primarily because it gave the appearance of having been fitted out on a budget. The foyer was adequate but not at all"special" or inviting. The room/bathroom was also basic - a bar of soap would have been nice as would a lavatory brush. The audio-visual provisions would not have been impressive 5 years ago. |

I did not like the idea that we were charge nearly £20 for breakfast whether we had Full or Continental breakfast & we were not told this each morning as we arrived in the dining room. Also on our account there seemed to be a VAT charge of 20%. |
