Rooms were spacious, quiet, cosy and complete with necessary facilities. The reception staff was very helpful. Good online booking facilities. Very good breakfast with adequate time range and excellent choice of food. Room service not quite up to Jurys Inn standard - a little more effort would make an enourmous difference. However acceptale on the whole. |

The room which i stayed in had a spacious bathroom and the hotel itself was situated in a good and accessible location to the town centre and the city's ammenitites. The hotel is only a short wallk from most of Southampton's clubs/bars and restuarants. The only thing i did not like about the hotel was the restuarant, whose staff were rude, pretentious and had an incredibly curt manner - they cleared our plates before we had finished eating, told us that the food we had ordered was unavailable after we had been sat for 10 minutes, and in general did not make us feel welcome. |

I found the stay in the hotel was exelent the girls on reception could not do enough for you ,nothing was a problem for them to do any thing for us ,i had been in hospital for a operation and the hotel was well acomadated for all my needs.and i would defanatly return to stay in one of your hotels again,my self and my partner travel to weymouth on a reguler basis,and would stay in your hotel if you had one near buy the ony thing we found was certain bar staff where not very plesant or helpfull.we wated almost 30m minw for a larger as the barrel had run out,which we understand can take a while but not that long,we felt that he did not know what he was doing |
