Very large and comfortable room and very clean. The bathroom was very clean and nice. The TV program could be better (e.g. no music channels at all). |

reasonable value. Good breakfast Banging doors at night on our passage. Disturbed continuously until about 2.00 a.m. by what sounded like someone dragging chairs across floors (couldn't tell where the noise came from). Unsmiling staff on reception desk. Tear in carpet in our room. Had to wait at the bar for 20 minutes before being able to order food. When food came it was incomplete (I had fish & chips: the menu said it came with tartare sauce, but it didn't, and when I asked for some I was directed to the little packs on the table, which did not include tartare sauce. My wife's Caesar chicken salad came without salad dressing). |

Easy to find & the car park (Charlotte Place) & not far to the shops, with a lovely park to walk through. Drinks expensive! |

It was very central, 5 minutes walking distance to the main shopping centre and a few minutes drive from the train station. |

staff very friendly and hepfull, answering all our questions on points of interest in the surrounding area..Our flight home was in the evening so having a luggage room was great. Bar meals were very tasty and adequate and staff good. Enjoyed the view from our room on 9th floor. Shower gel had run out in the bathroom, on our arrival, and tissues were very low. both were replaced by the following morning |

I think your food charges are over the top, not many people were eating in the restaurant. If you reduced your prices you would have more people eating at the hotel. |

Very comfortable and well appointed. We had a grand view from the 10th floor of the docks. Would recommend to friends. The bar area was occupied by 10-15 young men watching football. This made the noise level intrusive although they were well behaved. The tables and the bar itself was sticky from drinks residue, and there were lots of glasses at the bar waiting to be washed. The glasses that had been washed were very smeared and looked dirty. |

Excellent accomodation for the price - clean and welcoming. Good food in the evening. Staff professional and helpful. Had to wait 20 minutes for the breakfast buffet to be re stocked - not good when it was a working day and we needed to be away. |

I was totally impressed with the arrangements made for my brother-in- law who was staying with you as part of his need to attend Southampton Hospital for treatment. I was particularly dissappointed that I was unable to book a further stay at the same rate to spend some more time with my brother in law. Your rate increased by 92%, making it uneconomic. If you wish to contact me with a more realistic rate, please do. |

Good access to town centre, food good. Service was incredibly slow for food. They gave the big parties undivided attention and forgot about us we waited 1 1/4 hrs. Breakfast was a nightmare you had to fight for food too many people at once. |
