The comfort and firmness of the beds was excellent.
The room was cold and we had to keep the heating on all the night.
ro was nice and warm on arrival, bed was very comfortable.
food selection was lacking
Room was great and the staff very helpful. Great prices and would use again
Easy to find and parking not a problem :)
I stayed for 3 nights overall was happy, didn't expect 5* was clean and staff helpful. Would stay again at that price.
Breakfast potatoe was soggy could have been a bit hotter
the rooms are very basic
Have stayed 7/8 times never had a problem will be going back next year
Comfortable room Friendly staff Good price
Walls and doors are very thin
Location, & price
It is what you would expect, and it does it well.
Old decor + Dirty rooms Smelt of sewage
Could have done with a little fridge to keep things cold
Great value meals with quality ingredients, the breakfast bacon was excellent Size of bedroom On site, free car parking
The two other beds in the room when we arrived as they reduced the space available but that was soon remedied
Ideally placed for my business needs. Food was basic but good, bar was very limited. Bedroom was very large and comfortable. Hotel is on a trading estate. No frills but serves its purpose.
Close to tramlink to station, Cab service straight from the front desk if needed. Value for money. Not the greatest looking place but good for what it is
Rooms need to be a bit more updated. A little paint wouldn't go a miss and re-carpeted with better quality ones.
Spacious room. Nice breakfast and dinner. Clean and comfortable king size bed.
About 45 mins' bus journey to city centre . Only have fixed shower head. No hair dryer.
Good value for the money I paid
Noice level, sems to be a real party hotel. And the restaurant in the main lobby is not the most inviting.
Very noicy corridor as if someone is in the room bed uncomfortable out of 4 lights in the room only one was in working order
Big room very comfy
Food not so good could be better
Excellent clean room with all facilities required.
room, clenliness, food, convenience, price
The hotel was basic but clean and tidy. This hotel is ideal for a one or two night stop over. Breakfast was good and very cheap (fruit, cereal ,full English ,tea ,toast) all for a £5.
Lots of noise with people coming and going in the corridors outside our rooms until quite late.
We stayed at 247. Met all our needs. Close to our relatives wedding venue. Staff helpful. Hotel clean and comfortable. There was a small food area that looked good although we didn't use this facility. Would use this hotel again.
Only one thing. We had booked two rooms. Four in each room. Ages in rooms ranged from 54 to 17. We had bought some food Back with us after the function so we went back to one room to share it out when our phone rang. It was reception saying can we all go to our own rooms. Now I could understand this if we were noisy but we had JUST walked in room. Felt like a little kid.
Friendly staff on arrival. There's no frills but my room was large, clean and had good supplies of tea, coffee and electric points for laptops etc. I didn't try to food but the bar was open until late and sensibly priced for a budget hotel.
My room was a bit noisy and the whole place feels a bit tired - lived in but well looked after would be my description.
Very tidy, clean with every thing we needed for a nights stay. It was also nice and quiet
