The way the staff respond to your need. The facilities. The Cleanliness, everything!
Nothing except that there were occasional noise from other rooms in the previous week. It disturbed my sleep a lot. This have nothing to do with the staffs.
Friendly hepful staff, convenient location, very, very good value for money
The car park however I was late arriving and had to use the overflow.
The customer service was extremely poor. I have never known all members of staff to be so rude and in helpful in all my life.
Staff were rude were not helpfull at all. The noise in corridors were awful. The walls are that thin you can here everything in room next to you. Breakfast was awfull Will never be returning again
That it was close to where I needed to be .Also it was in my price range
I was on the top floor and the velux window wouldn't close fully due to broken handle
There was no where to sleep my young daughter only issue I have
bedroom in the basement floor and the boiler clanged and rattle what seemed like most of the night so consequently got very little sleep
The room was good
The smell of smoke and weed
Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was great value for money. Room, although basic, was clean and had everything you needed.
There was quite a lot of traffic noise but our window did not shut too good. Coming from the quiet of the countryside doesn't help as we notice traffic more so to someone from a town it may have been ok.
The room had everything, one could wish for.
By the time i got back each evening i had to park in overflow car park. The noise of people running there baths.
Size of the room. The size of the bed. Wasn't far at all from the bus stop into Oldham town and Manchester City.
Boyfriend didn't like the shower. The sink hot water tap took a long time to actually start running.
The cost and location is good value for money
There was a family with kids whom were running up and down the corridor screaming for 45 mins up until just after midnight bearing in mind I was up for work at 530am was really frustrating.
Staff were lovely. Great budget hotel which I would be happy to stay at again.
I was apprehensive because the room was so cheap but it was of a good standard and most importantly was clean. The food in the evening was a little disappointing - meat chewy - but breakfast was excellent
Basic but very clean and well run
Duvet was a bit light
Staff are friendly and professional, bar and cafe are reasonably priced, with a wide choice to please all tastes and budgets, and had a great nights sleep. The rooms are not too hot or cold. Bathrooms are clean. Location for me was great for getting around.
The room was close to an extremely busy road. We were not warned of this. Because the hotel has such poor quality windows it's was almost like trying to sleep in the middle of the road. The noise was intolerable and my wife and I were kept awake the whole night. And to top it off the shower went cold after a few minutes. We complained to the front desk and the receptionist was not concerned in the slightest. I have stayed in this hotel many times and usually had a good experience but this time was uncharacteristically poor.
Location was good for motorway access. The small restaurant was handy if you don't feel like going out for a meal.
We must have been given a room under the kitchen, there was rumbling and banging in the ceiling until 11 pm. The local youth must use the hotel after nightclubbing, there was an uproar and loud talking, banging of doors and activity along the corridors at 4:30 am, not conducive to a good nights sleep. The area seems to have it's share of ethnic minorities.
spacious room (404) and even came with toiletries great great value for money came with lots of spare towels and extra bedding really enjoyed the stay breakfast was good but I missed the croissants which was actually fine as they are too high in calories
it was a bit loud but I am a very light sleeper
Large bed with clean sheets. Room had good tv, free wifi, kettle, drinks and biscuits. Nice warm shower.
Strong smell of alcohol upon entry to the hotel as bar is opposite reception. Many noisy male drinkers. Felt a bit vulnerable at times around the hotel as a young female staying on my own. Room also smelt a little and had some bad stains on the carpet.
Friendliness and comfort
parking and large beds
