excellent hosts. Ollie and alan made us feel like we were old friends that had come for a visit the room was small, but immaculate with an excellent shower. have already booked my next visit.

The warm welcome and personal service, the attention to detail and the breakfasts were wonderful.

The hosts Ollie and Allen were very considerate and pleasant. They made us very welcome. The breakfast was great. Their advice on where to eat dinner was very good and we had a pleasant meal at their recommended restaurant. The overall feel of the place and the warmth extended by the hosts was a feature.We enjoyed our brief stay.

The room was very small. Didn't like the deer antlers in the room - they were out of keeping with the ambience of the place.The toilet being out on the landing was ok but not what we would have preferred. We realise that the nature of the building and the size of the room did not allow for anything different.

Lovely owners -very friendly, helpful and obliging. They were lovely to chat with and they suggested nice places to eat, gave me taxi details and made up a breakfast pack for me cause I had to leave early and would miss official breakfast. Made the stay really nice. Nice little touches in room too- marshmallows for you hot chocolate was a particular favourite of mine. I phone dock was good too. Would love to return.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at 27 Alan and Ollie make the best breakfasts and truly know how to make you feel at home away from home. Will most definitely being staying there again!

Great hosts, who were very friendly and took time out to give me details of some lovely restaurants, tea rooms must see sights etc. Very elegant, clean and stylish B&B with special touches including homemade shortbread biscuits in the room.

The attention to detail in bedrooms. The en-suite bathrooms, fluffy robes, and Pecksniff toiletries.But the breakfast was the best. Alan and Ollie are perfect hosts and a mine of information.

Alan and Ollie are wonderful hosts, helpful and concerned to make your stay the best possible. The room was so cosy and the breakfast was perfect.

The owners were amazing, the free nibbles, if you were hungry was a very nice touch, room was spotless, breakfast was yummy and brought to your room. Everything was perfect, will stay here every time I stay in Brighton from now on.

Owners Alan and Ollie went out of their way to make me feel welcome and comfortable - breakfast was delicious and cooked to order - room was very comfortable and warm - and even included hot chocolate with marshmallows at night. This is december. And a little Christmas stocking with chocolate coins. I will certainly highly recommend this B&B.

Very welcoming and took the time to let us know about the area, recommended places to eat and visit, due to what we wanted to do as we were only there for one night. The breakfast imbed wad a great touch and it was lovely way to start the day! The style of the hotel is very homely,modern and in keeping with the period of the home.

Excellent friendly service

Exceptional guest house. The owners Ollie and Alan couldn't do enough to help. Room was very clean, modern and had nice unique touches. Breakfast was very high quality, and was delivered to our room at a time we chose!

Clearly a lot of attention to detail has been given to 27. Both Alan and Ollie go out if there way to make your stay pleasurable. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast in bed option and also the readily available snacks! I also had need to have a few packages delivered to 27 in the week prior to my arrival and was delighted to find them waiting in my room! Just another example of the excellent service I received.

Loo on the landing not en suite

My son was attending an Open Day alone and Alan was extremely helpful with bus times etc. Apparently the room was lovely and breakfast was very good. I am now looking forward to booking a weekend there with my husband!

Service is great, bedroom is fullfilled with british style, everything is perfect! The breakfast is fantastic, they offer it to your bed, all you need to do is enjoy it!

Location is a little bit far away from major attractions, but it's ok!
