274 Suites

Please note we were allocated 291 suites not 274. The location was convenient and the kitchen facilities meant that breakfast in the room was an inexpensive option. There was always lots of hot water.

The room we had in 291 Suites is in desperate need of redecoration - no way this could ever be 4 star, never mind the 5 star. There are holes in the wall around socket points, The flooring is old looking and was very marked (It didn't look very clean). We were unable to plug the safe in but it was also useless as it was not secured to anything so could have been picked up and taken away! There isn't much soundproofing between the rooms - you can hear the conversation of the people next door and could hear them taking their shoes off - we could have been in the same room! For all that, if you want cheap accommodation in London and don't mind any of the above (you're not going there to sit in your room all day) it might be okay.

It was great to have a little kitchenette to do some cooking. Location was a real plus- 5mins walk to West Hamstead Tube and Train Station. Bus stop right outside the door. Nice and safe neigbourhood with many eateries and shops at your door step. Overall clean, compact and well equipped rooms.

Carpet stains - beige carpets tend to dirty easily.

Reception could be more friendly, but that seems to be London. Main entrance to the rooms stayed open all night, which I find was a security risk.

Good location : just 5 minute 's walk to underground , overground and national trains station .Direct connections to Gatwick airport . Bus stop is in front of the building . Many restaurants and supermarkets in the nearby . Room facilities ( internet , little kitchen etcc. )are good . Cleanliness was acceptable

Room was very small only 6 - 7 square meter and noisy due traffic on the road .

Big room,great location for tube to city and wembley.Good choice of bars and restaurants nearby

Room was clean and very quiet. Room size perfectly ample for a short stay. Have stayed in much smaller rooms than this in 4 star hotels. For a budget hotel it was excellent value for money.

Clean Apartment, Really High Speed Wireless, New Apartment, close to public transportation.

The location is too noisy (buses + cars + people) and our bedroom was very noisy. It was almost impossible to sleep at the weekend and early in the morning. but if you take an ear-plug everything will be ok ;-)
